Digimon Adventure: A Yamato love story

The Adventure Begins

It's been about four years since that day at Highton View Terrance, and the world had changed a lot.

Rainforest filled with life, suddenly began to dry out. Dry places were flooded with oceans of water, and blazing hot summer cities, became cold. I wasn't the only one who thought that it was strange, but, not a lot of people paid attention long enough notice.

It was finally summer vacation and I decided to go to summer camp this year.

Imagine my surprise to see Matt there with his little brother, Tk at the same camp.

I was sitting near the lake, wearing a white tank top, black jeans, black boots and my favorite black beanie with a black and white jacket tied around my waist.

I stared at the crystal blue waters, holding a small stuffed animal in my arms. It was simple little stuffed toy that I never let out of my sight, a small rabbit like animal with a flowing purple dress and crescent moon marks all over its body.

I pulled her away from my chest and looked into her clear purple eyes and smiled.

"What do you think? Nice place, huh Luna?" I asked her, knowing that she couldn't respond.

I sat her on the ground and reached over to my backpack. I opened it and stuck my hand inside to grab a small snack. I pullef out a piece of fruit anf ate it.

As I was eating, I suddenly felt a little chilly, then, something hit my nose.

I thought it was a flying drip of water from the lake, but I was wrong. I looked up and saw snowflakes falling down from the sky.

I quickly reqlized what was happening, as a striking pain hit my nerves.

I grabbed Luna and my backpack and rushed back to my cabin. While I was running, I looked over towards the edge of the camping grounds and saw Matt with his little brother, Tk, who both noticed the snow falling down.

~~Matt POV~~

I looked towards the sky to see what looked like snow. I wondered if it was just a joke, but when I saw Raya running back to the cabin, it was definitely not a joke.

I was surprised to see her here carrying around that little doll she always had.

I want to talk to her, but, I still can't forgive myself for what happened. Suddenly the winds got stronger as the light snow became a blizzard.

I grabbed my little brother and rushed to the cabin. We just made it to the cabin when the snow became the heaviest.

"You okay, Tk?" I asked him, he looked up at me and smiled, pointing to the corner.

"Matt look, Raya's here too." He said. I looked over at the corner where he was pointing and saw a cherry brown haired girl with her doll.

She looked up at us and smiled, waving politely. I gasped and turned away, my cheeks growing warm.

My little brother looked at me and saw that I was looking away from Raya.

"Matt, don't you wanna say hi?" He asked me. I shook my head and said nothing more.

A little while later, the snow stopped pounding at the roof and Tai, another kid in the cabin, opened the door.

"Well, looks like the canoe races are off, so let's have toboggan races instead." He said as everyone, including Tk rushed outside to see the snow.

"I'm gonna build the biggest snowman!" Tk shouted.

I rushed out behind him, "Hey Tk, be careful." I warned him.
