Those two are such a good duo. They work together very well and they get along with each other. It's like the Italy brothers. One isn't strong (Russia is an exception), but both together can defeat a whole army.
UK summoned Russia so often accidentally that Russia started to randomly shows up when UK is in trouble. They learned about each other and Russia is able to see UK'S "imaginary friends" at his home.
Together they discovered secrets and build up a strong relation to each other. They understand the other and care for him.
