Prussia is shorter and weaker than Germany because he's malnourished.
It borders at starving.
He will never become taller due to that.
He can't put weight on and he doesn't even try anymore.
If he's hungry, he doesn't care anymore, he'll wait 'til Germany comes and than they'll eat together.
The countries know about Prussia's 'problem' but have no clue how to handle it.
Gilbert does not suffer from anorexia. At least that's what he tells himself.
He is almost never hungry and the only reason he eats on some days is to not worry Germany.
