If a country, like China, Poland or Italy has high pollution in the air, their ersnificationd will have a hard time breathing partly not being able to breath and they will get cough attacks.
It depends how severe it is, but many persomification have asthma becaise of it.
Italy and Poland are one of the highest polluted countries in Europe...
China once coughed up blood and passed out due to not be able to breath during a meeting.
Italy cant do training with Germany anymore due to this...
Even I need to keep care what I do...
Its a quite serious problem under us...
