Rebecca's POV
I hang up with Colby and reality hit me. Holy fucking shit I just invited him to lunch with me. Granted our daughters we be there too but this will be the first time we would be seeing each other since last month and those awful tornadoes.
"Bex?!" says Jessica giving me the eye "You okay?"
" Jess did I just make the biggest mistake of my life by inviting Colby Lopez over?! "
"Colby and Harmony Lopez to be exact. You two will have your daughters there remember?"
Jessica's POV
I am secretly freaking the fuck out as Melody Quin,Harmony,Cassie, Ashley, Trinity and Colby's friends Joe, Claudio and Pamela planned this out carefully about a week ago.
Harmony would beg her Dad to see Melody Quin just after getting out of the hospital see where we are going with this. But it seems we may not have to plan anything at all it seems my girl Rebecca is thoroughly smitten.
"Why are we blushing?" I ask with a smirk .
Narrator's POV
Rebecca shook her head no as Jessica pressed her about Rebecca 's feelings for Colby.
Was this whole thing going to be a good thing or a bad thing? Who knows but stay tuned for the lunch in the next chapter.....
