Project Felicity Garden

Rhian's POV:

I love the design Architect Glaiza sent me, yung pangatlo had both elements I liked from design number one and two. She cutely dubbed the project as Felicity Garden and we start today, Monday. I was just about to have breakfast when Architect Glaiza was ushered into the dining room. 

"Good Morning Ma'am." Architect Glaiza smiled at me. 

"Uy, Goodmorning Architect Glaiza, Halika maupo ka, saluhan mo ako mag-agahan." I invited her. 

"Naku, Ma'am Denise, thank you na lang ho, nag-agahan na kasi ako bago pumunta rito." 

"Okay, first of all quit calling me Ma'am, Madame or kahit na ano pang tawag mo as a sign of respect, I'm only 30 turning 31 this year. Hindi porket kliyente mo ako eh dapat mo na akong tawaging ma'am o madame. Two, you can have coffee or tea perhaps? Three, if you are going to work with me on this restoration project, I need you to be eating when ever I eat. Maliwanag po?" I said to her. 

"Okay... Uhm. You shouldn't call me Architect Glaiza then, call me Glai and I will call you Denise or Den." She said smiling goofily at me.

"Deal. Now please sit down and calm down okay? Maaga pa masyado." I told her. 

"Uhm, yung mga taohan ko Denise, nasa labas eh." Nahihiyang sabi ni Glaiza. 

"Rachel, paki-dalhan mo nga ang mga tauhan ni Glaiza ng breakfast." I said to Rachel. 

"Sige po Ate." Rachel said. 

"Uy, salamat Denise ah?" She said a little shyly. 

"Okay lang, anong gusto mo kape o tsaa?" I asked her. 

"Kape na lang." She said. 

I got her a mug off the counter at ipinagbuhos ito ng kape. I served the coffee to her. 

"I don't drink black coffee." She said shyly at me. 

"Yikes. Sorry! Nasanay akong umiinom ng kape na black at walang asukal." I apologized to her. 

"No, it's okay." She said in reply. 

"Wait I'll get you sugar and cream." I said to her as I moved into the counter.

I got the jar of creamer and sugar at inilapag ito sa tapat nya.

"Salamat." Glai said.

"Walang ano man." I said to her.

I ate my breakfast of fruits and green salad.

"Yan lang kinakain mo pag umaga?" She asked.

"Yes, ito lang. Medyo nagdadahandahan kasi ako, baka kase bumalik yung Acute Myeloid Leukemia ko, although isang dekada na ako gumaling." I said smiling at her.

"Ah... I'm sorry that you had Leukemia pala, pero masaya ako kase nabuhay ka at nagkakilala tayo." She said smiling.

"I am happy too." I said smiling at her.

"Andito na pala ang kontrata natin. 1-2 months lang matatapos na namin ito. Pati aftercare at minor repairs na kakailanganin mo in the future, wag kang mahihiyang magsabi sa akin. Guarantee ko yan sa mga customers ko." She said smiling as she took a sip of her coffee.

"Wow, you do care about your customers ano? Eh paano kung busy ka?" I said to her.

"Naku, para sayo, idadrop ko yun lahat. Kaibigan na kita eh. Kaibigan muna bago business." She said chuckling

Natawa naman ako sa itinuran nya sa akin.

"Glai, wag ka masyadong mabait sa mga kaibigan mo dahil madami riyan ang nananamantala sa kabaitan mo." I said to her.
