Ash's POV
It was the Next day, and I am tired, my cheeks hurt too 'Didn't know smiling too much could hurt' I thought as I sighed and stood up, before I got to walk away though I was faced with an angry Eevee 'You said you'd battle with me!' She complained, I sighed and put a hand on my forehead "Sorry.. I forgot" I said 'How could you forget!' She said angrily "I'm Sorry Eevee.." I said crouching down to her and stroking her Head, she sighed and looked down 'Is it because i'm useless?' She asked, I froze at that, it made me mad even "Of course not!" I said quite loudly, this alarmed Pikachu who was on my bed and Even Greninja who just woke up, Eevee froze, my expression darkened and I left the room, passing the crew and going downstairs

Max' POV
Ash walked out with a dark expression on his face, we were confused and suddenly Eevee came running out from his Room, Pikachu behind her and even Greninja 'ASH!' She called "Eevee? What happened?" Gary asked 'Ash got mad' Greninja said "Got mad?" Trip asked 'Eevee was complaining to him about not being able to battle, and even asked him if it was because he thought she was useless' Pikachu said "You guys.." Gary sighed "I'll go out and look for him" I said "Max n-" I cut Gary off by running out the room 'Ash hates it when someone assumes' I thought 'And especially if that assumption is not true' I thought, I slowed down and walked around the PokeCenter, using aura to see if I can find him easier, I feel his presence  somewhere outside, so I went outside

Ash's POV
I sat down on a bench outside, I sighed, I looked up at the clouds "Hey, Red right?" I heard, I faced forward and there I saw A Girl with Orange hair "Oh..Hi Misty" I said "What happened to you? You were so happy yesterday?" She asked, I shook my head "Its.. nothing" I said looking away "Can I.. sit here?" She asked, "Sure" I answered, she then sat next to me "Red.. I just.. wanted to apologize for everything my Group did to your Group" She apologized, this surprised me "What did Blue tell you?" I asked suspecting he told her to say this or something "He just comforted me.." she said even blushing softly 'Sly bastard..' I thought "But I sincerely want to apologize, after a certain event happened we.. felt so.. up there, but I know we're not" She said 'Certain Event? Their Betrayal?' I thought, I felt mad but I didn't show it "Again I'm sorry for everyone's behavior, i'll do my best to change their perspective of you" she said as she stood up, but before she left she handed me something "i-is it alright i-if..you give this to blue for m-me?" She asked, this made me smile "Sure" I said and held it in my hand, she smiled and left, I looked at the small box 'You changed the unchangeable' I thought as I stood up, I then heard running behind me, I turn around and see Eevee running at me, she jumped in my arms, I caught her, she nuzzled against my chest crying "Hey..don't cry.." I shushed softly 'I'm sorry!' She cried, I chuckled and gently stroked her Head, I looked at the direction she came from and saw Max and Gary "Where's Paul and Trip?" I asked "They're checking out who they're battling" Gary said "I guess we should do the same then?" I asked and they nodded, but before anything else I stopped Gary "Misty told me to give you this" I said as I handed him the box, I then walked ahead, leaving the blushing and shocked Gary with Max behind

Brock's POV
"So who are you guys Battling?" I asked Paul and Trip "Strangers sadly" Paul Said "How about Blue, Red and Rex?" I asked "Blue and Rex are battling strangers too, But Red is battling someone named Richie, I didn't count him as a stranger since his name sounds familiar" Trip said "Richie?!" I said shocked "Yeah? Is.. he friends with you know.." Paul trailed off  "Not really friends but..he was the first guy he lost to in a tournament" I said as I remembered that time "His Charizard didn't listen to him at all" I told them "Richie Huh? i haven't heard that name in so long" I heard Ash's voice say from behind Paul "So I'm battling him again.. this time.. i won't lose" Ash said as he approached us whilst holding Eevee, i was about to say something but someone cut me off "good Morning Red! Brent, Paul and Trip! where's Blue and Rex?" Bonnie Greeted "good Morning Bonnie, Blue and Rex are outside" Ash answered "Oh good Morning everyone" Clemont said "Morning Clemont" We greeted as Serena came down with Angela "good morning everyone" Serena greeted as Angela waved at us "Good morning to you too" We said, suddenly Gary and max came in, Gary blushing softly as Max looked like he was teasing him "Morning Blue and Rex" the Kalos crew greeted "O-oh good morning guys" Gary stuttered "Morning!" Max Greeted excitedly "Have you guys seen who you're battling already?" Bonnie asked "Yup!" Max said  "We're all against strangers" Paul said "Well we know who Red is Battling" I said "Hm? who?" Bonnie asked as she asked for the list, as she looked through it "Red vs Richie?" Bonnie asked "Who's Richie?" Serena asked "someone we know" Ash answered as he leaned against the desk "is he someone.. Ash knows as well?" Serena asked, Ash chuckled as he crossed his arms "Of course he does.. He's the first person to beat Ash Ketchum in his very first tournament, making him place top 16" Ash said "Ash would never forget Richie" Gary added, i chuckled "enough talking about Ash ketchum, he's been gone for 7 years now, let's not bring his past back now" I said, we all know Ash regrets that time, he blamed himself for that loss, not being able to control Charizard that time was his downfall that time
