"ASH KETCHUM WINS! HE PROCEEDS TO THE TOP 9!"The Host announced, making the crowd go wild, I smiled slightly and Shook hands with my Opponent "You're Strong" he said, "Thanks, you are too" I said and Walked away, "Woohoo! Good job out there!" Bonnie cheered from the Lockers, the rest of the Group behind her, I smiled and Walked Over to them quicker "Top 9.. to think all 8 of us.." Max said gripping his hands "That means... we'll all be battling each other" Paul said, putting a Hand on Max's head "It'll be alright Guys, Let's all just give it our Best, alright?" Gary said with a wide smile, suddenly, the Mic of the Host made a Ringing sound "Ehem, Turns out a Trainer who is in the Top 9 Backed Out, so we noe only have a Top 8" The Host announced, this made me Look at the crew, their faces filled with dread "The Trainers in the Top 8 are-- Gary Oak! Bonnie ---! Clemont ---! Paul Shinji! Trip Shooty! Brock Harrison! Max Maple! And Ash Ketchum!" The Host announced, making the Crowd go wild, our profiles showing up on a Big screen "tomorrow May be the Last day of the TBC Tournament Pokemon Battles! So make sure you don't miss it!" The Host announced and proceeded to turn off his Mic, I looked at the Guys once again "Top 8.. So.. this is where it starts getting Messy" Brock said "I guess so" Paul said "But what about the Champions?" Bonnie asked "They'll be Battling each other this afternoon, To see who'll win the Trainer who ends up #1, to battle for the Title 'Pokemon Master'" Brock explained, stuffing his hands in his Pockets "Let's meet up with Serena at the stands" I said, they all nodded and followed me to the Seats, "Hey Guys" I said, Serena, Misty and May were the first ones to turn their Head to me, Dad, Ms.Yellow and Angela Looked at us a few second after "good job guys...!" Serena said with a bit of hesitation "but.. are you guys alright?" May asked "Why wouldn't we be?" Trip asked "well.." Serena trailed off "You kids are Battling each other, of course we're worried that.. losing against the other might make your relationship A bit.. Bitter" Ms.Yellow explained, this made me.smile slightly "Don't worry about that, we're all friends, A simple tournament can't bring us apart" I said walking over to Serena and Patting her head "Anyways, are you guys still gonna watch the Tournament? You know, watch the Champions battles?" I asked "I don wanna! I wanna Battle big brother!" Angela said flailing around Dad's arms, This made all of us Laugh, "Well let's get back to the center then" I said, and everyone agreed, starting to make their way out of the arena, Something at the corner of my eyes caught my attention, it was Delia, She gave me a warm Smile and showed me a small Thumbs Up, this made my heart ache furiously "Ash, aren't you coming?" Gary asked, "uhm.. you guys, uhm, Go ahead, I forgot something in the Lockers, I'll be right behind you" I said and quickly ran down to the other side of the bleachers, Gary shrugged his shoulders and Walked with everybody else back to the PokeCenter, I stopped a few steps away and took a deep Breath, walking  over to her Right after, She Noticed me and Looked in my Direction, She smiled softly and waved me over, I quickly took the seat next to her "Good job Out there S- Ash" Delia Said, almost calling me 'Son' "Thanks.. Mom" I said, looking down at my Hands, not even daring to make Eye contact "Your Bulbasaur is still as strong as Ever! I was shocked when it took out th-" "You're giving us away to dad?" I cut her off, I noticed her body going slightly limp, her Head hanging low "Wouldn't you be happier that way?" She asked "I thought that.. at first, but.. You did Raise me..while he..just left you" I said, Looking at the Field, watching Alder and Cynthia take their sides "Battle begin!-" I heard the Emcee say "He had the right to do that" She told me "Even.. if there wasn't any love, he shouldn't have... he shouldn't have had left you like that" I said, taking a small glance at her, I saw her Looking down at her hands, as if she was close to crying "I don't deserve that, I made a big mistake on my Part, and That's what I get" she said, trying her best not to make her tears fall, I straightened my Body and Gently Hugged her "Well.. deserve it or not.. even.. even if I am in dad's custody.. can I still visit you..? And Mr.Mime At the House..?" I asked, She started sobbing and buried her face into my shoulder and gave me a small nod "And.. can I still call you..Mom?" I asked painfully, she sniffles and nodded, lovingly nuzzling into me, this made me smile "I love you Mom.." I whispered "I Love you too...son" she said, gently pulling away from the Hug, wiping away her tears with a soft giggle "You should get back to your Group now, they might wonder where you are" she said, "will you be alright on your own?" I asked and she nodded, I smiled and Gently stood Up "see you around Mom, Cheer for me tomorrow okay?" I said with a soft chuckle and quickly ran out of the Arena "Pika!" Pikachu exclaimed grabbing tightly onto my Jacket, I laughed "Say, wanna race to the Pokecenter bud?" I asked "Pikachu!" He exclaimed taking up my challenge and Hopping off my shoulder, "I'll win this time!" I said and ran for it, "Pika!" He said running after me
