Ash's POV

I yawned awake and walked into the kitchen "Morning Ash" Gary being the first to greet me "Morning to you too Gary" I greeted and sat down on the dining table, he gave me a plate of food and a cup of coffee "Thanks.." I said tiredly, "Oh, Good Morning Ash" Misty said coming from another room "Morning Misty" I greeted and took a bit of my food, as i did Brock and Serena walked up to the kitchen "Morning" They greeted "Morning Serena, Brock" Misty said "Good morning" Gary said and gave them their plates of food "Morning you two" I said as i sipped my coffee, "Have you seen Max?" Brock asked as he got a spoon of food "Hm? is he not in his futon?" I asked "No, he isn't there" Brock said "Maybe he's in the Bathroom" I said, he nodded and got another spoonful of food, Serena as well, but i took another sip of my coffee, suddenly, Max walked in, Brock dropped his spoon, Serena's eyes widened, Gary froze in place and Misty stood there shocked, while me? well, i spat out my coffee out of surprise "What?" Max asked

"You..look so much like Ash back then.." Brock said "where did you get those clothes?" I asked still pretty shocked "You gave them to me back on the mountain remember?" He said, i wiped my mouth with a tissue "Are you using the contacts i gave you?" Gary asked, forgetting that he was cooking something, Misty noticed this and quickly moved the eggs on the pan to not burn "I never realized you looked so much like me Max.." I said as i still stared at him in disbelief "Do you want me to change..?" He asked, i gave him a soft smile "No.. it's fine, you look good" i said to him, that made him smile widely "Thanks Ash!" he said and walked over to Gary "What's for breakfast?" He asked, Gary chuckled and pat his head "Scrambled Eggs and Toast" Gary answered "Yay!" Max said happily, "Max shocked me.." Serena said as she stared at her food "Makes you remember Past times" Brock said and smiled softly "Ash changed so much he doesn't look like Ash anymore" Gary said "He isn't happy go lucky anymore" Brock said, this made me chuckle, i sat back and looked at all of them "Out of the four of us, i'm the one that changed the most.. since i was the most affected" i said with a blank expression as i finished my coffee "You're intimidating ash" Gary shuddered 

Max smiled softly "Ash is Ash, no one can replace him" He said and ate his food, that made me smile softly "I wonder how Bonnie will react" Brock teased, this made Max blush madly and choke on is food, we laughed "Let's hurry things up so we can get to our battleeeesss" i complained "after i tease Max about Bonnie" Brock said "Tease max about who..?" a tired May asked out of the corner of the door to the kitchen, as she walked in she stopped and stared at Max "Max..?" She asked, Max nodded at her, she smiled sadly and pat his head "does looking like your idol make you feel High up there?" She asked, this made Max chuckle "So High up" He said

we then heard a knock on the door "I'll get it" i said as i stood up and went over to the door, i then answered it, as i opened it a familiar face came into view "Ash--" I cut him off and hugged him gently, he chuckled and pat my head "Nice to see you too son" he said as i pulled away gently "Nice to see you too dad, come in" I told him "Thanks" He said and came inside, i brought him over to the Kitchen, everyone looked at him weirdly "Guys, i'm sure you don't know him, but this.." I trailed off "I'm Ash's Dad, nice to meet you" Dad said, they were all shocked "Why is today filled with so many surprises?" Gary sighed

"I'm Red Ketchum" He said, Misty, May and Serena we're kind of suspecting something "Is it a coincidence that Ash chose his Alias to be Red?" May asked "Hm?" I asked "Not really" Brock said "so Ash chose that name on purpose?" Misty asked "yeah?" Max said confused at what they're getting at "Does that mean.. Ash knew his Dad and.." Serena trailed off, this made me laugh a bit "No, No, i only figured out Red was My Dad a few days ago" i said "then why Red?" May asked "yes my Name is from my Dad Red, but i didn't know he was my dad, all i knew was that Red was a trainer that went missing 18 years ago" I said "Ohhh" they realized "Why is Re- i mean.. your Dad here now? why did he go missing?" May asked "I'm here because of Ash.. and i went missing.. because of Confidential reasons" Dad said "Oh i see.." May said "Does.. Delia know you're here?" Misty asked, this made Dad freeze, and me to look away from them "I'd.. rather not talk to her" Dad said "Please keep my Return a secret until the end of the tournament" Dad said, the others just agreed, after that the rest woke up and experienced the shock with Max and my Dad, but the most different reaction was Angela's "Mr. Rex.. or Mr. Max.. looks like my Brother?" She asked, "He looks like your Brother when he was younger" Misty said "Oh.. and the other Mr.Red.. is.. Brothers Dad?" She asked, we all nodded "Does that mean he is my Dad too?" She asked
