"Wow, that was crazy!" I exclaimed as I unlocked my apartment door. Karlie and I had just spent the afternoon getting new phones. We had been out together before, but today was different; it was our first day out as an official couple, and it went better than I had thought it would. The amount of support we had from my fans and the media astounded me, but made me feel guilty for ever doubting that my fans would support Karlie and I.

“Yeah, but it was so much fun!” Karlie replied while putting her purse down on the couch. She walked over to me and placed her hand on the small of my back. “So, what are we doing for dinner?” She asked curiously.

“Hmm, let me think about that…” My voice trailed off and I put my fingers on my chin in mock question. “How about, you?” I winked at her as I flashed a smirk. Karlie giggled and said, “That sounds like fun, but I’m actually hungry, so maybe we’ll do that for desert?” I wrapped my arms around her waist and pouted my lip dramatically. “Alright, I guess I can wait until later!” I sighed as I gave her a quick peck on her cheek.

We decided to order pizza because we were too lazy to actually cook, and we sat on her couch and ate while we watched Dirty Dancing.

“Nobody puts Baby in a corner!” We shouted simultaneously when Patrick Swayze pulled Jennifer Gray onto the stage. We laughed at each other and Karlie put her arm around me, so I leaned over and put my head on her lap. Looking up at her, I watched her intently while she was watching the screen. The way her green eyes squinted slightly when she was focused on something made me realize just how beautiful she was. Although Karlie was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, looking at her from this angle just blew me away.

“Do you like what you see?” Karlie looked down at me with a grin on her face. I felt the redness rise up in my cheeks; I hadn’t realized I was staring for so long.

“I love what I see,” I replied softly. “Come on, let’s go to bed.” I whispered as I stood up. I took hold of her hand and slowly started leading her to her bedroom.

“I like where this is going, Swift.” She said lowly.

“Me too,” I agreed. When we had almost gotten past the kitchen, I stopped and leaned in. Our lips came together, hard. Our mouths were already open and our tongues fought each other for control. “But I don’t think we’re going to make it to the bedroom.” I smiled against her lips.

“Neither do I.” Karlie mumbled as she started backing up. When we hit the kitchen counter, I put my hands on her hips and lifted her so that she was sitting on it, not breaking our kiss. Even though she was taller than me, with her sitting on the counter we were eye to eye. I pulled away for a split second to take in what I had in front of me; Karlie’s eyes were filled with lust and longing, and I could only imagine mine were too. I tore off my shirt and pressed my body closer to hers as she wrapped her legs around me.

“Why did you stop?” She asked with a sly smirk, clearly already knowing the answer.

“I just wanted to take in what a sexy girlfriend I have.” I replied as I leaned in again, but I paused when I heard one of our phones start to ring.

“Its okay, let’s leave it. Whoever it is can probably wait.” Karlie said.

“Well it’ll only take a second. Besides, what if its important.” I reasoned.

“Ugh fine, I’ll grab it.” Karlie groaned as she slipped off the counter. I stepped to the side so she could grab her phone, and as she passed I felt her hand gently squeeze my behind.

“Hey! Just go see who’s calling! We’ll carry on where we left off later!” I joked.

“Okay, okay. You’re the boss!” She said as she put her hands up in mock surrender.

“Hello?” I heard Karlie answer the phone from the living room.

“Yes, I’m busy right now… No, I don’t have time to talk… What’s this about?” I heard her question the voice that I couldn’t hear, the agitation clearly growing in her.

“What the fuck are you talking about? No. I’m not doing this right now Dianna… I don’t have to tell you everything that I do. You’re my publicist, not my damn mother… Wait, what? No, they didn’t. Ivan wouldn’t do this. IMG wouldn’t do this, not to me!” I could hear the hurt in her voice now. My worry growing, I ran into the living room and saw her on the couch with the phone still up to her ear, but she was looking down with her hand on her forehead. I could tell that she had been crying.

“Karlie, what’s going on?” I asked, afraid of what she was going to say.
