-This quirk allows the user to manipulate the four basic elements (Fire, Water, Air, and Earth) however they please. They can rearrange molecules of said element to form other things as well, but they cannot control more than three elements at the same time. They cannot create a basic element unless given all the molecules to do so(As in the user cannot create molecules out of thin air).
-Drawbacks: Rearranging molecules takes slightly longer to control than regular manipulation(Which comes as soon as commanded), and the outcome is slightly harder to control than original element. Overuse of rearranging molecules can cause serious migraines and passing out. Overuse symptoms are: Fatigue, dizziness, burns (if fire exceeds 1,500 F or if user is in/around extreme heat for longer than seven minutes), Hyperoxia (if hyperventilation occurs while using oxygen bubbles, causes disorientation), drowning (If underwater for longer than 8 minutes unless using oxygen bubble)

Other info: Diagnosed with anxiety and panic attack disorder at 9(This will be important to her character); Because her father is a highly ranked hero, she is close to a bunch of pro heroes and therefore calls a lot of them aunt and uncle (is actually cousins with the Todoroki kids) and the heroes view her as family too; She knows about All Might's quirk, but didn't found out it was given to Deku until the USJ fight; Grew up with no siblings, but finds out that there was a younger sibling later; Insecure about her red eye; Very loving and kind, but still very protective of her friends and independent, will sacrifice herself for people she loves

Quirk: Mind Control
-This quirk allows the user to control the minds of anyone they touch or make eye contact with if they choose to(They do not have to control every person they touch/make eye contact with, self activated). If they touch someone, they are under control for 15 minutes. If someone else is touched after the first person, they are controlled for 14 minutes, and so on (So user can touch 15 people and control them at one time, the first one touched being controlled for 15 minutes and the last to be touched being controlled for 1 minute.). After the first person's 15 minutes have run out, the user can chose another person to control by tapping them and it simply starts the cycle over (NOTE: If the person is incredibly strong willed/strong minded, they can break out of this, the user can also move freely if controlling people by touch). When direct eye contact is made with the user and someone, they are controlled for 30 minutes and there has been no proven way to break out of it yet. Whatever pain the user is feeling, the victim will also feel if controlled with eye contact
-Drawbacks: If controlling someone through eye contact, the user is immobilized for the 30 minute period (Unless the user decides to stop using their quirk, almost as if they are backing out of controlling someone). Overuse of this quirk can cause migraines, brain deterioration over time if heavily overused, and higher risk of dementia

Other Info: Thinks the world of his daughter, would do anything to protect her, but trusts his daughters capabilities in protecting herself and her friends; Ranked #4 hero; Close with many pro heroes, calling them his brothers and sisters as well as aunt and uncles to his daughter; Welcomes Mei's other child with loving, open arms when time comes (I can't spoil anything!); Hero name is 'Father Nature' because he is very protective of children/very good with them, and his Earth manipulation is his strongest (Can even make plants grow at incredible speeds and tries to preserve Earth at all costs); Loved Mei dearly, but hurting their daughter crossed every line and that love disappeared the second it happened; Loves that his daughter is using her mother's inherited beauty to do good in the world, and is so proud of her getting into UA; Would trust almost any pro hero with his daughters life AND still holds the Todoroki kids close to his heart (Would do anything for them too); Overall just best dad in the world :)

This OC will be used for all of my BNHA/MHA fanfictions, although when I make the actual book Rizu's love interest will be Deku particularly (I'm going to write a lot of spin off stuff of her with Bakugou or other characters), and she will be inserted into the original plot of the anime.
