Chapter Seventeen
Khloe

I wanted a drink. I wanted to have good time. I didn't want to feel bad. I turned back to the counter and poured myself another drink. I was already  past tipsy.

"Khloe, are you sure that's a good idea? You've already had a lot." Logan warned me.

"You're not my brother what are you even still doing here? You're Charlie's friend. Why aren't you chasing after him?"

"Because no ones here with you."

"Oh for gods sake, Logan. I can look after myself! You don't want to be in the middle of us two. Just leave me alone. I'll figure it out."

"No, Khloe. You'll do something you'll regret."

"And what does that entail exactly?" I asked. "I could do with some ideas."

"Just stop it, Khloe! This is ridiculous. Come on, let's go and find Charlie and you two can sort it out. Just say sorry."

Such a fixer, isn't he?

"No. it's unfair how I get left out of everything and then get blamed when I lie in order to get into things like this. They treat me like shit all the time and I've had enough Just leave it Logan."  I snapped.

I was now mad about everything. How they locked me out of a party, how they locked me in the tree house and how they make me out as the bad guy. Yet, I hadn't even had the guts to snitch on them to Elliott about the tree house. When it's all of them against you, they are scary. Usually I have Charlie. But this time, I had no one.

"No Khloe, come on we can fix this."

"Stop fucking pushing it! it's none of your business." I growled.

"Is everything alright here?" Someone said, coming up behind me. I turned to see Dean. He glared at me and then looked to Logan.

They just couldn't leave me alone.

"Just leave." I told Logan.

"Khloe, for fucks sake. Let's just go?"

"Is he bothering you?" Dean asked me, I raised my eyebrows at Logan.

"I don't know, are you going to leave?" I asked Logan. I could feel the venom dripping from my words.

"Come on, seriously? You have to do something." Logan said, taking a step closer to me, but Dean stood in front of me. I gulped down my drink.

"She doesn't have to do anything." Dean clarified.

"Whatever. You know what Khloe, you've brought this on yourself. Have a nice life." Logan said and stormed off. I reached for another beer. I was already gone.

Dean turned to me.

"Are you okay?" He asked me, placing his hands on my shoulders and looking at my eyes. I'd be lying if I wasn't upset and if I said I didn't want to cry because I did.

I guess this is the bad the side of alcohol. I was now at the bit past the high and on my way down.

"yeah..."

"Liar. How much have you had to drink?"  He asked me.

"Not much."

"Well, let's head back to my friends." He told me keeping his hands on his shoulders and without giving me a say, he lead  me towards his group of friends outside.

Of course, it was all of the football players and idiots I couldn't stand. Austin smirked at me.

"Don't remember inviting you?" Austin said, I felt a bit embarrassed. After all, I wasn't invited by him or my brothers. I was invited by Taylor.
