Alena' POV:

It's been six months since our adorable son entered the world and up until this point, I still haven't gone back to working for the Cobras, I still do some office things from home, but that's all. Dom has been home with us most days but he does go in to give Riccardo a break as he too has a young family to spend time with. 

For the last six months, everything has been great. Dom, Andre and I spend lots of time together at home, and when we're not at home we're out on walks or feeding the ducks by the lake. Andre is such a water baby, he loves bath time and anything to do with the water in general so we also spend a lot of time in the pool

I make my way downstairs carrying Andre in my arms, this morning we're going to have breakfast with Bex, Riccardo, and Chiara at a local cafe close by. It's been so nice having a baby a less than two years then Bex and Riccardo's little one because we're able to turn to them for advice when we need it and it's nice to have the kids be able to be friends from such a young age. 

"We're ready," I tell Dom as we reach the kitchen, Andre and I in matching beanies

"You can't wait to have a daughter so you can dress the same can you?" Dom chuckles as he makes his way over, Andre putting his arms out to him. He takes him into his arm and kisses his cheek, Andre giggling 

"What, don't we look cute?" I pout and place my hands on my hips 

"Very cute my love, like always" He presses a kiss to my lips 

"Aww, you're a smooth talker Mr Ricci" I press my lips to his.

We arrive at the cafe and spot Bex, Riccardo and Chiara who have already found a table. Chiara is now two years old and likes to be independent, she's a lot like Bex as far as heaving a headstrong personality, so it's no surprise to see her sitting up at the table like a big girl. 

"Hello" I smile as I approach the table 

"Andre" Chiara claps which causes me to laugh 

I place him down in the high chair that has been placed next to Chiara and give Bex and Riccardo a hug hello before sliding into the booth, Dom doing the same 

"How're things?" Bex asks "Hello little man" she tickles Andre causing him to giggle loudly

"Good, everything is really good at home." I nod with a smile "I just can't believe how big our babies are, he's going to be one before I know it." I smile over at Andre who is watching Chiara intently 

"I know, before I know it she's going to be three" Bex sighs softly as she watches them 

"How's work?" Dom questions Riccardo 

"Not to bad man, getting everything done." He nods "Brandon and a few of the boys have been really helpful as well which is good." 

"Do you think I should come back?" I question, jumping in on the conversation 

"No, everything is fine, we've got it handled you just do what you can from home and spend time with your little man while you can."

Buzzz, Buzzz, Buzzz 

I grab my phone from my bag "It's Layla" I tell them and hit answer "Hey La"

"Where are you?" she asks panicked 

"I'm having breakfast with Riccardo, Bex, Dom, and the kids, why, what's wrong?" 

"I need you to come to Italy, like now." She begins to sob "Franco has been shot."
