"I can sing high and sing low..."

With a deep furrow in her brow, Nathalie glared intensely at her twin brother, who was merrily singing away. The off-key notes pierced through Nathalie's ears, causing her to emit a loud groan of annoyance. She shot her brother a warning glare and couldn't help but respond with a snarky threat, infused with a hint of melody, "if you don't shut up... I can hit high and hit low," she sang with a menacing undertone, trying to silence him.

Observing the exchange, Rachel approached the scene with a whisper, "Kurt, he's still sleeping," she cautioned, settling herself into one of the nearby chairs. Sensing an opportunity to divert the situation, she offered Nathalie an escape, "would you like some tea?"

Nathalie sighed, her annoyance evident, "yes, I would love to."

"Me too," Momo happily exclaimed as she entered the kitchen. The girl smiled at all of them and pressed a kiss on top of Nathalie's head.

"I'll make for you guys but shh," Rachel replied, her voice hushed. Turning her attention to Rachel, Nathalie couldn't help but ask, "Brody's here?"

Kurt raised an eyebrow, curious, "did he spend the night?" he inquired, a hint of concern lacing his voice. Rachel blushed coyly, betraying her secret, "yeah, we had dinner last night at Balthazar, and he insisted on taking me home."

"Rachel!" Kurt hissed disapprovingly.

Thinking that Kurt was showing his disapproval to the restaurant choice, Momo chimed in, "no, it's actually a good restaurant. Nat and I have been there."

"Okay girlfriends," Kurt happily teased them, "but not the part that I disapproved."

Rachel shrugged, attempting to conceal her embarrassment, "you know, the train ride back to Manhattan's really long, so I just invited him to stay over."

Nathalie groaned audibly, placing her head in her hands as she braced herself for the upcoming encounter.

"Oh, Rachel Berry, I am scandalized," Kurt quipped, maintaining his composure as he prepared their tea.

"Well, I just... I seized the moment. I really, I like him, and I'm tired of second-guessing something that feels so right," Rachel explained, her voice tinged with determination. Nathalie couldn't help but snort skeptically, her reaction hinting at a different perspective. The girl grabbed her cup of tea and joined the three of them on the couch, deciding to cuddle up with her girlfriend.

"Well, as long as you're happy, and I have a white noise machine, I guess I'm happy too," Kurt replied, pointing to his noise-canceling device.

Turning the conversation away from Rachel's situation, Momo shifted gears to Kurt, "how are you? How was your first week?"

Kurt shrugged, taking a sip of his tea before responding with a smile,"it was good, you know, a little lonely. But I was thinking that to meet people, I would join the show choir called the Adam's Apples."
