I wake up in the room I was brought to so long ago. It looks like it's around evening, but there's no one in sight and no one to be heard.
I sit up and feel bandages on my side, I don't know how it happened but I do know it hurts pretty bad. I get out of the bed, put a hoodie on over my pants and walk out of my room.
As I walk through the halls I don't see anyone, until I reach Jungkook's door which is slightly opened. I walk in and see him pacing the floor, his bandage peeking out from the sleeve in his shirt.
Y/n- did we do it
His only response is to run up and kiss me softly as he holds me in his warm embrace. He cups my face in his hands and speaks lightly and beautifully
Jungkook- yes, we did it
I admire his messy hair as he leads me down the hall and outside into the patio where everyone is sitting
Namjoon- I'm glad you're awake
Y/n- how long was I out?
Hoseok- three days
Jin- *muttering* it hurt every second
Y/n- what happened in the end
Namjoon- as you know Jungkook shot Mr.Choi
Yoongi- without a leader the whole gang and system toppled down
Taehyung- so no more fighting
Jimin- but don't worry we'll still have fun, Eric promised to invite us to his parties
Yoongi hands me a bottle of coke as I sit down
Jin- so we can relax now, it's over
It seems unreal, peace.
I can have a life again, definitely not the same life
But a life nonetheless.
I can finally live
With my new brothers
And with Jungkook
We're all free
As we watch the sunset I look around and see not just where they all are
But where they've come from too
They are some of the strongest and most loyal people I've met
It's an honor to call them my family
