Jay's POV

I walk into the room where hailey is lying; attached to monitors left, right and centre. " Hey baby, its Jay. " I cry, holding haileys hand. " ugggh Jay. " Hailey groans quietly,coming round. " hailey, you scared us all. " I say still crying. " Dont cry. " hailey smiles weekly. " I'm going to go get Will. " I say kissing her forehead. " Will, Haileys awake! " I shout over two desks. Will jumps out his chair and practically runs to see hailey. " Hi Hailey. How you feeling? " Will asks checking the monitors. " Like I've been run over by a bus. " hailey smiles. " Ye well 3 broken ribs, a laceration to the head and a bruised back will do that to you. " Will smiles. " Did you get my dad? " Hailey asks winsing. " What? " I ask totally shocked. " My dad, he done this to me. " Hailey says like shes pointing out the obvious. " I'm gonna kill him! " I hiss in anger. How could any human do this to someone, especially there own daughter. " Jay calm down. " will says, pointing his head towards where Dhalia is standing.

Haileys POV

Dhalia is standing at the door looking like shes amout to break down there and then. " Hey sweetie. " I wave, wincing in pain. " Mommy, that man was your dad? " Dahlia asks confused. " Yes he was. Hes not going to come near us again I promise. " i reassure Dhalia. "  Okay, I love you mommy. " Dhalia says coming up to my bedside. " I love you too. " I smile. " Hi Hailey, can we talk? " Natalie says walking into the room. " Ye sure. " I smile. "Will can you take Dhalia to Voight please? " Jay asks " Of course, come on monkey. " will smiles taking Dhalia to Voight.

" I'm sorry but your father damaged your reproductive system. That means there is a very slim chance of you getting pregnant. " Natalie explains looking sad for me. " Thankyou natalie. " I smile trying not to cry. I wanted to badly to start a family, especially with Jay. I know we have Dhalia and Jay loves Dhalia like his own but I wanted us both to have a little baby. " You are clear to go home though, put someone is going to have to help you. " Natalie says looking between Jay and I. " Thanks natalie. " Jay smiles.

Voight and Dhalia walk in not long after Natalie has left and Jay is helping me up. " How you doing? " Voight asks holding Dhalias tiny hand. " Just broken ribs, bruised back and the cut on the back of my head. I'm good to go though. " I reply not wanting to tell Voight the rest. " Mommy, you okay? " Dhalia asks hiding behind Voight. " Ye sweetie I'm fine. " I reply. " light duty for a week atleast okay! " Voight orders. " Yes sarg. I don't think I could do anything else even if I wanted to. " I laugh. " Ye how you going to manage? especially with the little terror here. " Voight laughs messing up Dhalias hair. " I dont, natalie said someone has to stay. " I reply hoping Jay will offer. " I'll stay, we can have frozen marathons. " Jay says pulling an exited face at Dhalia. " Ye? " I ask. " Ye, that's what back up if for. " Jay smiles. " Alright, I'll leave you lot to it, the teams already on to your dad. " Voight says walking out the door.
" come on then, lets get out of here. " I smile, linking arms with Jay.

I'm glad your all enjoying the story and I'm really grateful for all ya'll support. You've probably noticed I've slowed down on the updating a little bit. I'm almost finished writing the end bit kind of, plus I'm struggling with ideas and I don't want ya'll to have to wait huge gaps and I want this to last for a long time. ❤❤
