General POV
Natalie and Will are at Jay and Haileys apartment with Dhalia decorating before Jay, Hailey and the team get back from work. " Come on Lia, atleast tell your favourite uncle the gender of his brothers baby. " Will beggs pinning the last balloon to the wall. " Noooooooo! " Dhalia replies, looking at Natalie for back up " Ye Will, stop asking. Your starting to sound desperate " Natalie laughs. " Well I am desperate! " Will says getting down of the chair. " Will..you really are worse than Adam! " Dhalia says, referring back to a conversation from a few weeks ago. " I am not worse than Adam, trust me " Will replies defensively. " Your not far off " Natalie laughs, looking up from a box full of stuff. " give up " Will says defiitidly.
Haileys POV
" Wow, this is great! " I exhale as Jay and I walk into the pink and blue decorated apartment, the team not far behind. " You like it mommy? " Dhalia asks running up to all us " I love it Lia! " I smile, hugging her as well as I can with a six month baby bump. " I'm glad you like it! " Natalie smiles coming over to give Jay and I a hug. " Thankyou so much Natalie " Jay smiles picking Dhalia up. The whole team plus Natalie and Will are laughing and joking about like kids. Adam and Jay are throwing scrap paper at Sierra and Dhalia, who are throwing it straight back at them.
General POV
After a while of joking, laughing and playing games Jay decides its time to relieve to the babies gender to everyone. " Alright guys, it's time for the reveal. Everyone loves Dhalias little songs/ poems so, we decided she should write a poem to reveal the gender. " Jay says grabbing everyone's attention. " Yes Lia, go! " Antonio whistls " You have to be quite though to hear it. " Dhalia says causing everyone to erupt into laughter. " Ready? " Hailey asks, receiving a nodd from Dhalia.
" When I'm older I'm going to be the best big sister.
When im older im going to love my little sister.
When shes older I want to play barbies with my little sister.
When shes older I want to dance to dance to frozen with my little sister
I love you little sister. " Dhalia finishes with a curtsey before everyone starts clapping; Kim, Hailey and Natalie in a soggy mess.
" That was awesome Dhalia and guys your having girl, two mini Haileys running around. Good luck Jay! " Will laughs " I'm so happy for you guys. She will have the best big sister " Antonio says smiling. " Will she be here by the wedding? " Will asks taking a swig of his beer " Ye, it's the same month as her due date so " Jay smirks and shrugs his shoulders. " Nat, bring your scrubs! " Atwater laughs, quickly joined by everyone else " Noted " Natalie nodds, letting out a chuckle.
" Actually guys, I only have one bridsmade so far- Kim. I really need another one before the weekend becuase that's when the dress shopping is for the bridsmades. Natalie? " I ask raising an uncertain eyebrow. " Me?, course Hailey, I'd be honoured! " Natalie smiles and hurdles over a coffee table to hug Hailey. " That's that sorted then. Two monkeys as flower girls and Kim and Nat as bridesmaids. " Hailey smiles, chuffed its sorted. " This is going to be great, Wisconsin here we come! " Jay cheers just before everyone clangs there drinks together cheering.
Jay's POV
Today was great, having everyone round and celebrating. It wasnt often we all got together to celebrate something good; most out days are doom and gloom. I turn around to look at Hailey, cuddled up on the sofa watching the ' The real house wives ' with a fluffy blanket wrapped around her petite body. " Hey baby, how are you? " I ask sitting down " I'm good " Hailey smiles cuddling into my side " I didn't mean you Hails, I ment the bump " I wink. " Shes great, she needs to let mommy sleep tonight though alst daddy will have a moody fiancee tomorrow " Hailey laughs making a tone of voice women do when talking to babies. " What type of dress have you ordered? " I ask hoping to get something out of Hailey; who's being very secretive. " I'm not saying! " Hailey says in a jokingly stroppy voice " Fine, be like that " I joke back. Before to long Hailey was passed out, still cradled into the side of my body. I allow myself to fall asleep on the sofa because right here was my happy place and I never want it to end.
