I embraced the air as I sat on the top of our house. I watched how the soldiers from Terrax cleaned the area, took the corpses and did a mass burial, at kabilang na doon si Tatay. I personally didn't attend as it will give me too much heartbreak at ang dami pang pwedeng mangyari. After staying here for about 3 days made me numb.

Despite the fact that he is not my father, he took care of me like I was his own. I am forever thankful for him, and with that I will promise that I will give him the justice he deserves along with the people who died here.

With the universe as my witness and with the Goddess that's inside me, I will never ever hesitate on killing anyone that will be in my way.

"Vermillion," Cairo called at napatingin ako sa ibaba. "The ship has arrived. We have to go," he added. I jumped and landed beside him.

I'll be right back, Father.

Napatingin ako sa kaniya and he seemed to be bothered by something. Tumingin siya sakin and he suddenly handed me another eyepatch. I stared at it for a while, and I glanced back at him.

"I don't need that," sagot ko. Para saan pa iyan? I'm so done with everything. I just want to end this war. He gave me a slight smile and there I noticed that his purple eyes were brighter than usual. It almost looked like a purple tanzanite crystal.

Who am I with? Cairo? Horus? Which one?

"What's wrong?" he asked.

"Horus?" I asked and he suddenly smiled.

"Cairo," he replied. "I resonated with Horus," he added and I slightly gasped. Well, I am not surprised after witnessing him fly with those gigantic falcon wings. It was magical but I had no time to appreciate it dahil sa labanan. "Didn't you resonated with Ishara?" he asked, and I blinked twice out of confusion.

"I-I-I did?" I asked and he nodded.

"Cairo! Vermillion!" rinig namin mula sa di kalayoan. It was Kel. He was waving his hand cheerfully. "Let's go!" he added with a big smile. Look at him. After what he did to protect us all, he acted like it was nothing.

"Putting Kel in our team was a wise decision," I said.

"His existence were meant to be in our team," he replied at naglakad na kami pareho. He's the reason we saw those orbs which then transformed into Gods that used us as their vessels. He took us to the Hanging Gardens," he added.

"And he is strong," sambit ko at tumango siya.

"Well, I don't think he knows that. Cairo is not good with compliments and the fact that he compliments Kel, he might be a strong ass warrior just as I imagined.
