"Cairo?" I heard at napamulat kaagad ako.
What was that? That was a long dream. It felt like- "Are you alright?" she asked at napatingin ako sa gilid. She smiled at me brightly, holding a cup of coffee. "Wake up. We have missions, remember?" she reminded. Farrah?
"R-Right," sagot ko at bumangon ako. Tinanggap ko ang hawak niyiang kape at napatingin ako sa harapan ko. Farrah went back to her bed and prepared her things. This doesn't feel right at all. Parang may kulang.
I took a sip of my coffee at pumunta ako sa CR para maligo at magbihis kaagad. Nang lumabas ako, the rest of my team were there, waiting for me. Napatigil ako at tinitigan ko lang silang nag-uusap. Parang may kulang talaga.
"Cairo?" Farrah called. "Tara na. We have our individual missions right here," she said and showed me pieces of paper. Lumapit ako at kumuha ako ng isa.
"Oh, great timing. Nakuha ko ang Arcadia! I can finally visit my family!" Leo said happily.
"Good for you," sabi naman ni Evie at pinakita sa amin yung papel. "Why the hell did I pick this? Bandits hunting?! Ng mag-isa? Seriously?" reklamo naman niya. "At dito lang naman sa Terrax!" reklamo niya ulit.
"Oh! Same!" sabi naman ni Farrah. "Treasure hunting nga lang pero diba usually ang mga treasures ay hinahanap o tinatagoan ng mga bandits?" tanong niya. "We can do this together! Yay!" she said happily. Napatingin silang lahat sa akin kaya agad akong napatingin sa papel ko.
"A supernatural investigation," sagot ko at pinakita ko ang papel sa kanila. "In Liwet," I added.
"Liwet?! Woah, I've never been to Liwet! It's a rural country, right?" tanong ni Leo.
"I guess? I mean, I've never been to Liwet-" I paused at tinitigan ko ang papel. I've never been to Liwet but I have this feeling that I kind of ... feel connected to this country. "So, I don't really know," I continued.
Lumabas kaming apat at kinuha ang mga nakahandang information para sa individual missions namin. The staff gave us scrolls at agad kong binuksan ang akin.

"Mauna na ako," sabi ni Leo at tinapik ang likoran ko tsaka siya umalis.
"Ako rin," Evie added and she waved at me.
"Teka," Farrah paused at bigla niya akong niyakap. "Be back soon, I'll be waiting. I love you," she said at bumitaw siya sa hawak. She leaned forward to give me a kiss and we both got surprised nang bigla akong umiwas. Ba't ako umiwas? She looked flustered and she gave me a nervous smile at umatras siya. "Oh, sorry. Hindi pa pala tayo official," she said, and she gave me a wave bago siya umalis at sinundan si Evie.
