Next Morning, Luthra house.
Karan and Preeta wake up hearing Rakhi calling everybody downstairs.
Kareena: Kya hua bhabhi, aap itni subah subah sabko kyu bula rahi hai.
Rakhi: Kareena di, batati hu. Mummy ji, aapko yaad hai aaj kya hai??
K.daadi: Are ha!!
Kareena: Mom kya hai aaj?
Rakhi: Aaj baisakhi ka din hai!!
Kareena: Are ha, yeh toh bhai ka favourite tyohaar hai!
Everybody gets emotional hearing that.
Karan: Toh phir decided hai...aaj shaam ko baisakhi dhum dhaam se celebrate karenge hum.
Everybody starts with the preparations.
Preeran's room.
Preeta is still deciding her dress and Karan is looking at her in dismay.
Karan: Tum ek ghante se apni dresses ko dekh rahi ho...ek dress decide nahi kar sakti!
Preeta (annoyed): Toh tum khud karlo na...aur waise bhi tum ladkon ko toh ek hi dress peheni hoti hai har function me.
Karan (offended): Excuse me!!
Preeta: Aur nahi toh kya...tumne apne bday par bhi yahi dress pehni thi pichle saal!
Karan (surprised): Tumhe yaad hai...
Preeta (unknowingly): Aur nhi toh kya...
Preeta realises what she has just said while Karan smirks.
Preeta: Mera matlab tha...
Karan: Tum chahti ho ki mein change karlu...
Preeta nods and Karan frowns.
Karan: Ek kaam karte hai...tum mere liye kapde choose karo...mein tumhare liye karta hu...
Preeran decide clothes for each other and go to change.
Arora house.
Sameer comes to pick the Arora's . Shrishti comes out and Sameer is mesmerized seeing her.
Sameer: Tum bohot khubsoorat dikh rahi ho.
Shrishti (blushes): Thank you sammy. Tum bhi bohot handsome lag rahe ho.
Everybody comes and they leave for Luthra house.
Preeran's room.
Karan comes out of the washroom and is mesmerized seeing Preeta look so beautiful.
Karan gets lost in her, while his trance is broken by Preeta.
Preeta: Not bad Karan Luthra tumhari choice sachme achchi hai.
Karan (looking at Preeta): Humesha se hi...
Preeta struggles with the dori of her dress.
Karan: Mein help kardu?
Preeta nods.
Karan takes the dori and looks at Preeta in the mirror. They get lost in each others eyes.
Pal ek pal mein hi tham sa gaya
Karan ties the dori and slides his hand down her back and she feels a sensation in her body.
Tu haath mein haath jo de gaya
He pins her dupatta and slides his hands down her arms, their fingers, entwined.
