Four months later.
Four months have gone by. Preeta and Karan's love has only increased and grown stronger each day. It is the night before Preeta's birthday.
Karan is fast asleep while Preeta cannot sleep at all. She was quite excited for her birthday.
Preeta: Kal mera birthday hai aur yeh bajarbattu abhi tak so raha hai!!! Kisi ko meri koi padi hi nahi hai!! Of course...after all mera birthday jo hai...thodi na The Karan Luthra ka birthday hai!!
She makes a cute angry face and dozes off. Karan gets up and chuckles.
Karan: Hayye, meri babydoll...gusse mein bhi kitni cute lagti hai...
12 'o' clock.
Karan: Happy Birthday my babydoll...I love you...
Preeta (sleepily): I love you too...
Karan: But I love you more...
Preeta (sleepily): And I love you the most...
He chuckles and pulls her towards him, hugs her and sleeps.
Next morning.
Preeta wakes up to find that Karan has already got ready.
Preeta (glaring at him): Tum itni jaldi uth gaye...
Karan: Haan, aaj bohot special day hai na.....
Preeta (smiles): Tumhe yaad tha....
Karan: Of course babydoll, mein kaise bhul sakta hu....
Preeta: Toh phir jaldi se bolo...
Karan: Chalo, chalte hai...
Preeta (confused): Kya??
Karan: Haan, chalo shopping chalte hai...meine promise kiya tha na...toh aaj ka special day mein kaise bhul sakta hu...
Preeta glares at him and goes to get ready. Karan chuckles and goes down.
In the hall.
Rakhi: Puttar, pakka tujhe yeh karna hai??
Kareena: Haan beta, agar hum mein se koi usse wish nahi karega, toh usse kitna bura lagega...
Karan: Mom, bua...tabhi toh usse surprise mein mazaa aayega.
Just then Preeta comes down and everybody gets busy in their work.
Karan: Chale??
Preeta (angry): Meine manaa kiya kya!!????
Everybody chuckles and they leave.
Preeta is not at all happy that not even her mom wished her.
In the mall.
Karan picks a pretty baby pink dress and shows it to Preeta.
Karan: Babydoll, dekho yeh kitni pretty dress hai...tum yeh try karo na...
Preeta was about to say something but Karan interrupts.
Karan: Please babydoll, mere liye...
Preeta goes to try and when she comes out, Karan is mesmerized seeing her.
Karan: Ek kaam karo na babydoll, tum yahi pehne raho...
Preeta: Kya!!
Karan: Please na babydoll....tum ek dam meri doll lag rahi ho...
They then select a velvet suit, matching her dress, for Karan and he too keeps wearing that.
