Next morning, Luthra house.
Karan comes down and wishes Rakhi good morning and sits on the breakfast table.
Karan: Aaj naashte mein kya bana hai?? Mujhe bohot tez bhuk lag rhi hai...
Everybody is shocked to see Karan's changed behavior but are happy.
Karan has his breakfast and goes to his room as it is Sunday.
Arora house.
Preeta is in her room thinking about something.
Shrishti: Di kya soch rahe ho??
Preeta: Shrishti, mujhe Nisha aur Rakesh papa ki bohot yaad aa rahi hai.
Shrishti (unknowingly): Haan toh unse jaake mil aao na, Khanna Industries mein...
She then realizes what she is saying and she stops.
Preeta: Idea toh achcha hai...
Shrishti leaves. Preeta calls the Khanna Industries and takes down Nisha's address.
Later, in the afternoon.
Preeta reaches outside Luthra house. She thinks that it might be some other Luthra.
She goes inside and is welcomed by Girish.
Girish: Aapko dekh ke bohot achcha laga madam....
He leaves from there, leaving Preeta confused.
He informs Rakhi that a madam is here. Rakhi goes to check. She isn't able to see Preeta as she is sitting, turned to the other side.
Rakhi: Puttar, mein teri kya madat kar sakti hu??
Preeta turns and Rakhi is shocked to see her.
Preeta: Namaste, aunty...kya Nisha yaha rehti hai??
Rakhi (shouts unknowingly): Nisha!!
Everybody comes downstairs hearing her scream.
Everybody is shocked to see Preeta there. Preeta sees Nisha and sidehugs her.
Preeta: Hi, Nish...kaisi hai tu??
Nisha (shocked): Preeta tu yaha kaise....??
Preeta: Actually mein tujhse milna chahti thi...
Just then Karan comes downstairs along with Kritika, who is holding Kartik. Preeta sees him.
Preeta: Karan!! Tum yaha!!
Karn (shocked): Preeta...tum yaha kya kar rahi ho...??
Preeta: Mein yaha Nish se milne aayi thi...mujhe uska address Khanna Industries se mila...par tum...??
Karan: Haan...actually yeh mera ghar hai...Nisha humare saath rehti hai...
Preeta: Oh.
Karan: Aao, mein tumhe sab se milvata hu.
Nobody could understand what was going on there.
Karan: Yeh meri mom, Rakhi Luthra...yeh mere dad, Mahesh Luthra...
He introduces her to everyone.
Karan: Meri chhoti behen Ruchika, woh abhi US mein hai...aur yeh...
He points towards Kartik.
Preeta: Junior...
Everybody is shocked to hear this.
Karan is looking at her.
