what am i to you?

Hi you gorgeous people! I'm deciding to actually edit the imagines and make them a little better! Also just a warning Kie isn't in the next few. I love Kie, just totally forgot to add her!

I was sitting with John B at the dock along with Pope. JJ was out doing something so I decide to talk to John B. I have liked JJ for about a year and a half now but I've never said anything. JJ always seems to flirt with me but what am I to him? Just another girl to hook up with or just a friend?

"John B?" I say.

"Yeah Y/n?" He looks at me.

"Okay, I want to come to you because I know that JJ is your best friend. I really like JJ. I have for a very long time. But the problem here is that he seems to just flirt with me but I don't know if he just wants to hook up or if he does actually like me." I sadly say.

"Well first off, I already knew you liked JJ because I could tell. Also, he does like you. The way he talks about you and looks at you, you can tell that he really does like you." He says assuring me.

"I just don't know what to do in this situation. What if I ask JJ about this and then I ruin the friendship." I sigh.

"Talk to him about it. You might be scared to but trust me holding it in isn't going to get you anywhere. Let him know how you feel Y/n. Also, if you think you'll ruin the friendship your wrong." Pope says chiming into the conversation and all I could do is just nod.

"There he is." John B says nudging me.

"Hey, guys! What's up with all the weird faces?" JJ asks sitting down next to me.

"Oh, nothing Y/n was just talking about some problems." John B says and I shoot him a glare.

"What type of problems Y/n? Is everything okay? Do I need to beat someone up?" He asks laughing causing me to let out a slight chuckle.

"No!" I quickly say.

"Then what is it?" He asks.

"Um, it's nothing don't worry about it," I say getting nervous and then John B nudges me again.

"Did I do something wrong?" JJ asks.

"No of course not I'm just thinking too much don't worry," I lie.

"Come on tell me." He demands. I then get up and pull his arm and go to John B's porch.

"Can you tell me now?" He asks.

"What am I to you JJ?" I blankly ask.

"What do you mean? You're my best friend Y/n." He confusingly says. I sigh once more.

"Just a best friend?" I ask. He tilts his head in confusion.

"Listen JJ it's like you flirt with me and all this other stuff and then you don't. Im going to be honest here and say that I like you. Okay? And you say I'm just a best friend to you?" I ask nervously, playing with my fingers.

"You like me?" He asks.

"For almost 2 years now..." I say as his jaw drops.

"And you decide to tell me this now?" He asks and I just nod looking down. "Y/n, why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"Because I was scared that I was just a girl you'd want to hook up with or just to kinda use. I don't know.." I say.

"I would never EVER use you. You wouldn't be a hook up because I like you too. Longer than you would think. I thought you just didn't want to date me because I'm a weird and I have a history." He says causing me to chuckle.

"You're not weird your just a dumbass sometimes," I say and we both laugh.

It's a relief off my chest to know he actually likes me.

"To answer your question fully, you are one of the most beautiful and funniest girl that I've ever wanted to be with." He tells me, making direct eye contact.

"Really?" I ask in disbelief.

"Really." He answers.

As soon as he said that he grabbed my cheeks and pulls me into a kiss. This was just how I imagined it to be. As he pulls away I smile and feel my cheeks burning up.

"So does this mean you'll be my girlfriend?" He asks and I nod kissing him again. Then I hear clapping and shouting and we look over to see John B and Pope.

Of course those two were there. We both just chuckle at the fact that they were there.
