Thank you to @Thomas2921 for requesting this! I hope this is up to your expectations cos I just randomly thought of this plot. Kind of out of Thomas plots already lol 😂. Anyways hope u like it!
You and Thomas sat by the beach, watching the blue waters glisten under the sunlight as their gentle waves fluctuated. The sea pushed itself towards the land and withdrew with a soft swish. You dug your fingers into the fine, golden sand, grabbing a handful then letting it slip out of the cracks in your fingers. Taking a deep breath, the salty air entered your nostrils, the familiar scent of the ocean always lingered in safe haven.
Thomas had his arm wrapped tightly around your shoulders. He looked into the distance, the yellow sunlight beating down on one side of his face. His eyebrows furrowed a little, eyes squinting because of the bright sun.
Everyone was safe now. No more WICKED. All of you stayed in safe haven, a place you called home. Everyone here was like a family, working together to build this place up. Now, it was a huge settlement, full of all the necessities people needed. They didn't need futuristic cities with complicated technologies, instead, it was more of a primitive and simplistic way of life, back to the olden days when humans depended on nature.
This was a great life, just you and Thomas, together, safe.
Thomas has changed so much ever since, from a scared teenage boy to a brave man. The former runner worked hard to build this place up, putting his agility to use by climbing up and down and running around the entire island to find resources and create maps. He wanted to give you the best life possible after what you've been through with him.
"Look at where we are now. And I thought I would be dead before, when WICKED tried to capture us." You broke the silence between the two of you, eyes sliding up to meet Thomas' honey ones.
"We're finally here. And I'm here with you, living our happiest lives. I love you so much, (y/n)." A smile washed over Thomas' face, squeezing you just a little tighter.
"I love you too. This is a-maze-ing." You joked, letting out a chuckle.
"Oh god...please no. That's just lame!" The man rolled his eyes.
"Come on! That was a good one!" You punched Thomas' shoulder playfully and twisted free from his grip.
Running towards the sea, you threw your clothes to the side and dived into the water with just your bra and underwear while Thomas followed suit, tugging his shirt off and rushing up towards you as he did the same.
Time skip
Thomas and you laid down on a cloth that was covered over the sand. He held you close to him and you snuggled into his chest. You two decided to take a break after the swim and just relaxed on the beach which was your favorite place in safe haven.
