Chapter Five: Holy Sword of Arth

"Sol! G-Guwapo ka?!"

I GRIMACED when I heard Aleur's words. Lalo na nang magmistulang puso ang mga mata niya. Nanatili ang titig niya sa'kin at hindi na gumagalaw.

"Aleur! Tinatawag ka ni Hel!" narinig kong sigaw ni Raya.

Si Hel! Ang wolf king! Bahala na nga si Aleur dito, kailangan kong matapos ang quest na ito!

Umikot ako para talikuran ang babae kaya napaharap ako kay Raya. Nang makita ako ay nahulog ang dala-dala nitong staff at parang natulala. I tsked and ran towards the four who are busy attacking.

My face remained impassive. Feyre laughed loudly and slapped me real hard on the shoulders. Parang naalog ang loob ng katawan ko dahil sa lakas ng hampas niya.

"Sure, you give me way," she licked her lower lip. "I'm excited to taste that wolf's blood."

Napakaweird talaga.

Tumalon kaming dalawa pataas sa likod ng wolf. Ako ang nasa harap. Instantly, the wolf felt our presence and clawed at us. Iniharang ko ang blade doon. I gritted my teeth at his overwhelming strength.

In the corner of my eye, Feyre moved like a blur. She jumped over the wolf's hand and landed inches below his neck. She pierced her dagger right through thick skin.

The wolf howled in pain. It growled loudly, stunning us again. Its claw forced the dagger out of my hand. When the stun effect disappeared, agad kaming lumayo ni Feyre sa lobo.

The wolf's health was already running low. One critical strike and it will be his end. Kinuha ko ang dagger na nasa lupa. Napatingin ako sa kanila. The wolf was now busy with his counter-attacks. Hel is severely hurt and Navy's protecting him as they both stepped back. Mukhang nasugatan din si Reviel. Hawak-hawak ni Feyre ang chain habang nakalean sa isang puno at hinahabol ang hininga.

I gripped the dagger and ran towards the wolf's back. Tumalon ako pataas at umikot sa ere. Hinanda ko ang dagger. Navy noticed me and immediately took the wolf's attention. He parried all of the wolf's attacks with his shield.

Mabilis kong ibinaon ang dagger sa likod ng leeg niya. The wolf howled and started to thrash. Mahigpit akong kumapit sa kutsilyo para hindi mahulog. I let the blade of the dagger dig into its skin even more. The wolf jerked as if hit by lightning. Then it stopped and the monster fell to the ground with a loud thud.
