I drive us back to the hotel and valet opens our doors for us. One of them hands me a ticket. I say thank you and he gets in the car and takes it to park it for us. We go up to our room and I go straight to the bathroom so I can relieve myself. When I'm done I wash my hands and go back to find my wife sitting on the couch in the lounge area. I stop in front of the bed and look at her. "Would you please join me my love?" She taps the seat cushion next to her. I think to myself. Shit. She's gonna wanna know why I just stopped speaking to that captain so quickly and got out of there as fast as I could. I let out a deep breath and went to sit next to her. "Thank you dear. I was hoping that you could tell me about why you shut down so quickly when you were talking to the captain". "Do you really need to know babe?" "Well I'd really like to know sweetheart. It seemed to really bother you. Please tell me". "Fine babe. It just hit me that I just spilled out everything to someone that I don't even know and will probably never see again. Plus i shared something so deep in front of you. You must hate me because you didn't know about it first". "My love I could never hate you. I actually liked the story you told earlier. I'd really like to hear more. If I remember correctly you stopped when you said that you used to pretend that you would hide on the ship. What would happen next my love?" "Well like always someone would find me. I wouldn't be in trouble and they would show me the ship and I would be able to work there and never have to go back to the group home again". I looked down at the floor the whole time I spoke. I didn't want to see the pity in my wife's eyes. She takes hold of my hand and gives it a squeeze. "That is a very nice day dream my love. I hope it made you feel better for a while". I finally look at her and give her a small smile. "Yeah it was a nice fake escape". She gives my hand another squeeze and says. "I'd really like to stay a little while longer sweetheart and I'd really like to take that tour of the USS Constitution. I've read a bit about it in the history books and to see it up close and personal would be so amazing my love. Not to mention that I bet you'd love it even more than me. It's an unlimited ticket for as long as the ship is here. Please my love?" I really want to go but I'll play this out a little bit. "Oh I don't know babe". She moves as close as she can to me and says. "Please Emma. I'd really love to see this. I know you'd love to as well. Come on pleeeeeaaasee my love?" I laugh a bit and say. "Well if it means that much to you I guess we can. If that's really what you want to do". She laughs and gently slaps my upper arm. "You were just playing me weren't you sweetheart?" I shrug and say. "I have no idea what your talking about babe". "Like hell you don't. We are now going on this tour Emma. I've made the decision for the both of us. I'll call tomorrow morning and see what time everything starts". "Ok babe. I can't wait. Thank you".
"You said you were hungry a little while ago dear I hope that was true because I'm actually very hungry myself". "Babe when am I not hungry?" We laugh and I put my arm around her and rub her back a little. "So did you want to go out to a restaurant or downstairs?" "Actually dear I'm quite tired. After this wonderful day we've had, especially that amazing massage that you surprised me with after breakfast and then that relaxing cruise around the harbor I'd really just like to take a nice shower and have a quiet dinner with my wife and maybe watch a movie while we relax in bed?" "I'd like that too babe. How about we take a look at the dinner menu for downstairs?" She kicks off her shoes and agrees. I get up and get the menu. I definitely made sure to not do what I did this morning with the menu. I walk back and sit next to her. I put my arm back around her and we look at the menu together. It only takes a few minutes before we decide what we want and Regina got up and called down to order our room service, after that she grabbed some pajamas and went in to take a shower. I also changed my clothes and waited for our delivery. I looked through the movie channel we had in our room and there were a few that looked good but we ended up with one of our favorites, Back to the Future. Regina said she was to tired to pay attention to a movie that we haven't seen yet. I totally agreed because after we ate we snuggled together, watched the movie and be both ended up falling asleep before it even ended.
The next morning I wake up before Regina. I just lay there for a few minutes looking at my wife. "I am definitely a lucky bitch". I softly whisper to myself and then I lean in to very gently kiss her lips. I carefully get out of bed and go into the bathroom. I finish up and wash my hands. I walk out of the bathroom and still see Regina sleeping. I walk over to our in room coffee station. It's a nice Keurig machine so I make a cup of decaf coffee for myself. I try not to have to much caffeine because I'll be up for like 2 days and it's a bitch, all from one cup of coffee. When it was done I put 2 sugars and some milk in it. I stirred it and tried a sip. It was very good. I took my coffee and went to sit out on our balcony. It was still early, it was only a little after 7am. I sat in the lounger for over an hour just looking out at all the boats and I actually great view of the USS Constitution. I got to see them do their morning routine of raising flags, the masts, testing equipment and then cleaning up the main deck. It was really pretty cool. After a while it looks like they may be done so I just laid my head back and watched the boats on the water. Most of them were still. People are probably still sleeping so I watched the few people walk around. No long after I hear the sliding door open and out walks my beautiful wife. "Hey babe. Did you sleep well?" She walks closer to me and bends over to give me a kiss. "Good morning my love. Yes I slept very well". She sits close to me and takes hold of my hand and gives me a smile. "How long have you been up dear?" "Oh just over an hour I guess". "Why didn't you wake me? You must have been so bored out here alone". "It actually wasn't so bad. It was kinda peaceful sitting out here in the quietness of the morning. I had a perfect view of the morning setup of Old Ironsides". She looks at me funny. "What is Old Ironsides Emma?" "That's a nickname given to the USS Constitution". "That's a strange nickname. Why do they call it that, isn't it hundreds of years old, wouldn't they have made it out of wood or something?" "Yes actually it was. It was a war ship that was ordered by George Washington in March of 1794. They built it on Boston's north end. It took about 3 1/2 years to build. It played a big role in the war of 1812 and it was said by a witness that a British ship fired a cannon ball at the ship and it looked like it just bounced off it making it look like the ship was made of iron instead of wood. Hence the nickname Old Ironsides". "Wow Emma you know a lot about this ship. You really must have spent a lot of time there as a kid". "Well babe I did, and to be honest I already knew about how it got it's nickname but after they seemed to be done with their morning setup I started wondering just how old it was and everything so I googled it and read a lot more about it". Regina starts laughing and shakes her head. She leans in to kiss me. "Oh my love you are completely adorable. I truly love you". I kiss her back and say. "I truly love you babe. So much". We kiss once more and we both sits back in our lounge chairs. "Have you eaten breakfast yet dear?" "No. I've just been sipping on my coffee. Are you hungry sweetheart?" "I actually am my love". "You wanna get some room service?" "How about we go down to the restaurant and have breakfast". "That sounds great. Should we go get ready?" "Sure dear. How about we start off showering together?" She gives me a cute smile and smirk. "I suppose a shower would be ok". We both get up, I grab my coffee cup and we go back into our room. I make sure the sliding door is locked and go rinse out my cup in the bathroom sink. I come back in the room and put the cup near the coffee maker. "Ok so do you want to go first?" She has a disappointed look on her face. I had a feeling she didn't want to shower alone so I'm just playing. "Ok I guess I can. Thanks". She goes to the drawer to gather a few clothes that's she wants for when she gets out of the shower. As she was bent over I walk up right behind her. I grab her hips and press the lower half of my body right up against her. "Maybe we should take a shower together babe. That is if you wouldn't mind". I start rubbing myself against her ass and I hear a slight moan. "I'm definitely fine with it my love. I'm ready whenever you are". "Let's go babe". She drops her clothes and takes my hand and we walk into the bathroom together. I turn on the water as Regina starts undressing. I turn around and look at her getting undressed. "Fuck babe. You are so damn gorgeous". I see her blush so I walk to her and take her in my arms. "Baby when I first saw you walk into that classroom the first day of my freshman year I was totally hooked on you and I didn't even know you yet. My senior year I still didn't know that much about you but I was still hooked. As I got to know you I just became in love with you instead of just loving you from a distance. We became friends, then slowly became lovers. Now we are married and I still feel all those old feelings every time. Baby you are gorgeous to me and you you always will be". I kiss her and her tears are falling so I wipe them away. She then gently punches me in my arm. Damn you Emma. Do you know how many emotions are flowing through my body right now? Stop saying so many sweet things to me". I kiss her again. "Sorry baby but it's all true. Now let's shower ok?" She nods and walks to the shower as I undress. She checks the water temperature and adjusts it a bit then she gets in. I'm not to far behind as I join her. We both take turns under the water to wet our bodies and our hair. I then take one the bath sponges, wet it and put a squirt of the body soap on it, wet it again and start to get a good lather on her body. I took my time to clean everywhere. Then I rinsed her off. It was my turn for Regina to wash me. And it felt wonderful. Right now isn't sexual between us it's only about the intimacy we are sharing and it's beautiful. After she rinsed off my body we washed each other's hair. When everything was done we shut the water off and got out of the shower. I handed Regina a towel and we dried ourselves off. We never brought clothes in with us so we wrapped towels around ourselves and went back into our room. Once we are all dry and dressed, we are ready to go downstairs to the restaurant to check out the breakfast.
I open the door for my wife and she walks in first. She asks for a table for 2 and we are shown to our table. We look over our menus as we wait for our server. She comes over pretty quickly. "Hello ladies I'll be your server this morning. Can I start you off with something to drink?" Regina gets a decaf coffee and a small orange juice. I just get and extra large orange juice with some ice. The waitresses smiles and suggests for us to get a pitcher of OJ and Regina and I agreed. She wrote it down and said she would be right back. We continued to look over the breakfast menu. I wanted an egg, cheese and bacon wrapped in a wheat wrap with a side of home fries and sausage patties. Regina liked the thought of the wrap and ordered the same thing with just home fries. We also get a side of fruit salad to share. The waitress says she'd put that right in and it should be ready soon. Regina and I have light conversation about what we'll do next. We decided to go over to the USS Constitution. We got our food quickly and it was delicious. We ate everything we ordered and drank all of the OJ. We paid the tab and left a great tip because the service was great and so was the food. We got it nice and hot. We thanked our waitress and Regina and I left. We went up to our room to freshen up then we went over to the harbor.
