(Camryns outfit ^^)

Camryns POV

I sat on one of the chairs outside the office with my elbows resting on my knees.

After the teachers had pulled us all apart we were immediately sent to the principles office. It wasn't the first time we were here and it certainly wouldn't be the last.

Jace and Bryan sat next to me while Eli and Damon sat across from us, glaring. There were two teachers who were there watching us, just in case.

The door to the principles office opened and we all looked towards it seeing the principle. "You two again."

He sighs when he sees us. It was a regular occurance for Damon and I to fight, so at this point he wasn't really surprised at all.

"Did you miss us?" I say with a cheeky grin.

"Of course not. Keep your jokes for later or I might just add to your punishment." he says with a disapproving look but you could see the hint of a smile.

Unlike other schools, he wasn't as strict a principle people thought he was.

"Well your parents will be here shortly and in the mean time you shall stay here and wait." he says before going back into his office.

"Loving the new look." Bryan says with a smirk to Eli.

Since Eli had both Bryan and Jace at him, he had bruises littering his face, and a bloody nose and cut lip.

"Shut up." he glares at us with crossed arms.

Bryan laughs out loud and you could practically see the smoke come from his ears.

I smirk when I catch Damons eye. "Avery and I were having such a great time before you guys ruined it. Oh well, looks like I'll just have to find her again tomorrow and continue where we left off."

I knew saying this would provoke him and make them much angrier than they already were. I can't say I regret it though cause it's entertaining.

Before he can reply the clicking of shoes on the floor could be heard and in entered Mr. Daly. Behind him was my mother, Bryan's mother and Jaces father.

"I'll go get the principle." one of the teachers said before disappearing into the office and reappearing with the principle behind him.

"Hello parents. I'm sorry for interrupting your busy day but, again there has been another dispute." he says.

They all sigh knowing that was the reason, but Jace, Bryan and I share a look finding it all amusing.

"They have been suspended for the next four days, weekend not included." he said.

"I'm very sorry sir. They'll have stern talking to when they get home." Mr. Daly says frowning at his boys.

My mother shook her head with a sigh. "My apologies."

"This wouldn't have happened if Camryn listened to what he was told." Damon says annoyed.

"This wouldn't have happened if you guys weren't so uptight." I retort.

"Shut up Gavins."

"You started it Daly."

"Boys enough!" The principle says gravely. "If you guys continue with this attitude you may end up in serious trouble."

"Camryn to the car now. My sincerest apologies sir." My mom says before she starts to walk away.

I follow behind her with my hands in my pockets. She doesn't say anything as we get into the car and nothing for the whole ride home.

When we finally reach home she silently enters the house. I close the door of the car before going into the house too and shutting the door behind me.

She turns around with an exasperated look on her face and her hand on her hips and I know what's coming. "Really Camryn? Really?"

"It really wasn't me that started it this time. Go ask Avery and she'll tell you, she was there." I say putting my hands up in defence.

"Avery? Avery as in Avery Moneece." she asks confused.

"Yes her." I say lying back onto the couch in the living room.

"So she's the child that the Dalys adopted." she says finally making sense of it.

"Yeah she is. And for some reason they don't like me being around her." I say rolling my eyes.

"And I wonder why?" Mom says with a pointed look.

I scoff. "I didn't have a choice OK? I've said sorry so many times and I know it's not gonna cut it but I've tried OK?"

"Look Camryn-" she starts but I cut her off not wanting to talk about it anymore.

"Just drop it already." I say getting up and going into the bathroom.

I take a cold shower to ease the pain of the bruises that were forming. They didn't hurt that much as I was used to much worse.

When I was done I throw on a jumper and some jeans and socks. There were still a couple of hours until school was done and I had left all my books at school.

I go downstairs checking to see if mom was still there but she wasn't. I see a sticky note stuck to the fridge and read it.

Gone to work. DON'T go out, you're grounded. - Mom.

I roll my eyes at the note, taking it off the fridge and scrunching it up before putting it into the bin.

I go into the sitting room getting comfy on the couch but just before I can turn on the TV, my phone rings.

I look at the screen which says unknown number. I glare at the screen wondering why he was trying to call me again. Even though I told him I'd do whatever it is he wanted me to do for the last time, he still calls me.

I decline the call putting it on silence and turn on the TV putting on Netflix to enjoy the last few hours I had before mom found a reason to stop me.
