"How's your date with Mille?" My brother stood in front of me and gave me a warm hug as I came home.

"Failed." I shook my head. "Sky intervened."

"And?" He raised a brow. "So what?"

"Hindi natuloy, obviously," umirap ako. "Hayaan mo na. Nagbago rin bigla isip ko. Ayaw ko na maghanap ng lalaki."

Nanliit ang kan'yang mga mata sa pagtataka. His lips curved into a thin line. I know that he's already concluding in his mind but I don't care. Think whatever he wants to think.

"O, that explains his silence that time," he muttered. "I thought na-flat lang ang gulong niya. He's being like that when it comes to his cars."

"Stop talking about that, Kuya. I'm really not interested." I rolled my eyes and was about to leave when I saw Keith, approaching the door.

I told him that Keith's here kaya napatingin din siya sa pinto. He cleared his throat and fix the eyeglasses that he's wearing. He looked down to focus on what he's reading. Napanguso ako at napailing na lamang.

I excitedly gave Keith a warm hug nang marating niya ang aking distansya. I look like a kid, clinging my arms around his neck. I pouted my lips as I looked at his face. Don't get me wrong, he's just a brother to me. We are just really close.

I heard him chuckled. He hugged me back and strokes my hair.

"How's our princess?" He asked. "You missed me that much?" He let out a short laughs.

"Matagal kang hindi bumisita rito. Ano ba 'yang pinagkakaabalahan mo?" Hindi ko maiwasang hindi maitago ang tampo sa aking boses. "Don't you miss me at all?" I pouted.

"Of course, I miss you," mahina siyang natawa. Sumulyap siya kay Kuya na tahimik lang sa gilid. Bahagyang tumaas ang aking kilay. Magkaaway ba sila?

"Parang hindi, e," I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes.

"I'm just busy. Ngayon, hindi na ako busy kaya makikita mo na ako madalas," he smirked.

"Kahit h'wag na, hindi niyo naman ako love ni Kuya, e," I said. "Hindi niyo ako hinahanapan ng boys."

Mabilis na napaangat ng tingin si Cleve. I raised a brow and he glared at me in return.

"Ang sabi mo, ayaw mo na ng mga lalaki," he muttered.

"I didn't tell that!" I spoke loudly.

"Ulol," he mocked me. "Porket sumingit lang si Sky sa inyo ni Mille no'n, umasa ka na agad. Ayaw mo na agad maghanap kasi akala mo babalikan ka." He spoke loudly.

Inis ko siyang binalingan ng atensyon. He didn't look back. His full attention was on the book that he was reading but I know that he could see me through his peripheral vision.

"Hindi kaya!" I defensively shouted. "Hindi ko lang talaga siya type kaya sabi ko, hindi ako interesado!"

"'Di nga? Hindi naman gan'yan pagkakasabi mo. You told me you're not interested with others from now on," his lips pursed. "Nagbago ulit desisyon mo porket binigyan ka ng motibo ni Sky," nang-aasar niyang saad.

Mariin akong napapikit upang mapigilan ang sarili. I didn't speak after that. Hinayaan ko lang siya magsalita mag-isa dahil kung magsasalita pa ako, mas lalo lang niya akong aasarin. Tumingin ako kay Keith na taimting nakatingin sa akin, halatang inoobserbahan ako.

"That was just nothing," I said, not looking at him. "It was just coincidence."

He sighed. "You're guilty," he chuckled. "Hindi na kita papakialamanan sa desisyon mo. Ayaw ko lang makita kang umiiyak na naman."
