"Mom are you in here"I push open the kitchen door and Emery is crying "oh sorry"I say and run back out "dad do you know why Emerys crying"I ask him and he looks up at me

"Wait she's crying"he jumps up of the chair and goes to the kitchen and I'm left here waiting I run over to the kitchen door and put my ear up against it but I can only hear muffled sounds than the door swings open hitting me right in the face and I fall to the ground "ouch"

"Shit Auden are you ok"my dad grabs me up "my nose it's bleeding"I look down at the blood in my hands

"Hold you head up"my mom instructs me and walks me to the bathroom "how did you get hit with the door"she asks me and I don't know what to say

"He was eavesdropping"dad comes in the bathroom "I was not"I try defend myself dad says never eavesdrop on a conversation it's rude

"I was just worried about Emery"I admit "I'm fine don't worry"she walks into the tiny bathroom and lays on my dads side "there the bleeding stopped"

"Emery are you sure you ok"I ask her again "Auden you don't have to worry about me"she smiles "well we can't go one day without someone crying or hurting themselves"my dad jokes "technically it was your fault my nose bleed"I laugh and so does everyone except my dad "that was funny"Emery laughs "ok everyone stop ganging up on me please"

"I have an idea why don't we go on a family holiday"my dad says "cool can we go on a plane"
