Ash POV

We flew to a gas station.
Well I flew carrying Parker because apparently when you take the tracker out of your suit you gain a suit voice kinda deal.
It's like Friday.

"Why are they meeting at a gas station?"
"According to their minds it's a heist.
A damage control Caravan will be coming through soon. But that's all I got."
I said looking at him.

"Ok. But where's the guy with the wings?"
"Don't know, but they wouldn't try this without some muscle and firepower."
"Then he'll show."
"Definitely."

And he did.
We flew to the truck and got back what he stole only for us to get trapped in the truck and to add to it.
We both hit our heads and are out cold. (I know how crappy that was sorry.)

"ugh. What the hell happened?" i asked coming to with a small headache.

"i don't know. Where are we?"

"no idea."

*gasp* "Ash they must have taken the truck and us to their lair."

i used my telepathy to read around us and that's not what happened but before i can say anything he is squaring up to break down the door.

"yeah Parker that's not what happened." i said just walking out of the box while he looks around confused.

"Then where are we?"

" The damage control deep storage vault." his suit AI told us who Parker decided to name Karen.

 "Oh crap!" We said together

For the next few minutes we tried the big door, I searched for another door and for reasons beyond my understanding there isn't one!

Right now we are laying in spider web hammocks that Parker made.
He's just talking to himself and Karen while I'm trying to sleep.

"Ash?"
*Unintelligible sleepy response*
"Ash!"
"Ugh what Parker?"
"What do you think of Liz?"
"Too nice. That can get you killed."
"Ok not what I was expecting. I mean do you think I could have a shot with her?"
"Maybe. Why are you asking me?"
"Making conversation."
"This is the topic used for conversation with your fellow teenager while trapped in a storage vault at 4 in the morning?" I said turning my head to look at him.
"Yeah sometimes. Ok new topic then. Hummmm." He gives me a evil smile.
"What?"
"How about Ben?"
"What about Ben?"
"Do you like him?"
"Yeah I mean he's on the team kinda have to like him."
He's giving me a dead pan face for some reason.
"That's it?"
"Yeah. Why?"
"Well I'm just curious like on the team podium where do you think he is?"
"Uhh in my head the podium is Me, you, Ben and Ned."
"Wait why are you first?"
"Of the 4 of us who has the most fighting bad guys experience?"
"Both of us."
"Well I'm the Lady so I go first."
I said giving him a smile.
"Fine. But wait you really just see Ben as a friend?"
"Uhhhhhhh I don't know how to answer that one."
He gasped for some reason.
Man I really need to learn all the teenage stuff.
"Why the gasp Parker?"
"No reason. Wait you're not reading my mind?"
"Yeah don't feel like it. But if you don't explain stuff to me, I will."
"Ok so sometimes with friends, you'll feel something more than friendship with them and that's called a crush."
"Ok."
"Do you know if you like Ben more than a friend?"
"I don't know."
*Sigh* "a very common answer."
"Ok we need to get out of here."
With that I flew to the door.

"Ugh damn it! Parker! Come use your tech stuff to open this thing!"
"One sec I think I found something!" I flew over to the box and saw him pull out another Glowy thing."
"That Glowy thing is a alien energy source used in bombs by  the Chitauri."
"Wait you mean we've been carrying around a bomb!?"
I shouted in distress.
"Ash try and get ahold of Ben or Ned. I'll work on the door."

I got out my phone and tired Ben.
"Hey it's Ben! Leave a message."
"Damn it. Ben the Glowy thing is a Bomb! Get rid of it!"

"Parker I couldn't get them."
"Well I got the door! Let's go!"

We got out of there and it took us about a hour to get back to Washington.

*Ring ring ring*
"Hey Ben! Did you get my message?!"
"Yeah what do you mean by it's a Bomb?"
"I mean it's what the Chitauri used to power their weapons. Where is it?"
"Ah bloody hell! It's in Ned's backpack and he's going up in the Washington monument."
"Wait why aren't you going up?"
"I've been and I wanted to wait for you and Peter. I'm by the entrance."
"Got it."
I hung up and flew lower near Parker on the ground.
"Ben said that it's in Ned's backpack and he's going up in the monument."
"Damn it the metal detector will set it off. Get there now I'll catch up!"

I flew faster till I got to the monument and saw people gathering around it.
"Ash!"
I looked down to see Ben waving frantically.
"What happened?!"
"The bomb went off. About 5 feet from the top."
"Parker did you get that?" I said into the comm link.
"Yeah can you take care of the helicopter trying to shoot me down!"
I looked around and saw said helicopter.
Before I could do anything Parker used it to break the window to get in which I followed him into to help grab the elevator with magic.

We managed to save everyone and just headed straight home.

I got off the bus and there was Happy by the car searching for me.
"Happy!" I shouted getting his attention.
He sighed in relief as he hugged me.
"Are you ok? Are you hurt?"
"No I'm fine. My powers and I are just tired. Can we go home? I want sleep."
"Yeah let's go honey."
With that we left and got home where I had a nice shower before going to bed.
As I'm having a little trouble falling asleep my phone went off.
"Hello?"
"Hey it's me. Are you ok?" Ben's voice rang through my ear.
"Yeah just tired. Sorry I didn't talk to you when we got off the bus."
"It's ok. My parents were smothering me and all that. I knew you were ok when I saw you with Happy."
"Yeah. I'm just glad we got everyone out and safe."
"It's what Heros do."
"Yeah. I'm going to go to bed. I'll see you at school."
"Alright. Good night love."
