It evaded me
Jumping over rainbows
Catching gold coins
Seeing bluebirds fly
And the stars how they shine
Making friends with unicorns
Meeting the strangest of aliens
Scoring the winning goal
Seeing the strangest dimensions
Strangers are friends
Reality is non-existant
In the sleep
The sleep i try so hard to keep
It gets to the point where i weep
Because i can't hold onto sleep
It always does this is it did tonight
Tonight , it evaded me
