Do you think that?

Honestly? Do you?

Do you listen to what they say?

Honestly? Do you?

All those hateful words

Do you hear them?

Or do you listen to them?

Moulding your own views and opinions

An independent task which can be tainted

With the views, opinions and sputter of others

Creating your own art for you

Or do you block it out?

Ignore the lies being thrown at you like splatters of paint on a white canvas?

Are your thoughts waterproof?

Or does the opinions of others stain you?

Don't let it sink in too far

Or you'll become one of them

Who shakes the paint off

And splatters onto others

Don't join them

Don't join the liars
