You ,again
At first glance i didn't know it was you
Of course i didn't know you at first glance
Or what you would become.
When i saw you again it was a coincidence
A simple meeting at a simple dance
A dance where you asked for my number
The third time i saw you it was planned
I wanted to get to know you further then a phone conversation
I wanted to see you laugh and smile
The forth time i saw you it was strange
Our third meeting had went awkwardly
Though another chance was given
The fifth time was glorious
A date we called it
Though a simple movie and walk it was
The sixth time was at a party
I didn't know that you were going to be there
But the time we had was epic
The one hundred and fourteenth time we met
You got down one one knee
And asked 'would you marry me?'
The one hundred and eight third time we met
It was in our own new home
It was bare at fist but then became our own
The two hundred and thirty eighth time we met
I wore white and you wore a suit
A ring on our hands wrapped tight like a root
I lost count at this point , what was the point?
I'd see you each and every day
I wished for it to be no other way
Though the first time you met
There was love in your eyes
Happiness in your smile
I counted the days i had met you
It was rather childish at first
But now i count the days i've had without you
And i will count the days until i see you, again.
