Myself

Chapter 8

-Hoseok-

He watched as the figure in white quickly made his way through the crowd, disappearing up the stairs, he couldn't help but look after him, curiosity brimming up to his ears.

Who was this individual and why did he seem familiar?

His first impression of him had been that of a shy boy, refusing to look him in the eye, very awkward and almost hermit-like. But when Jackson approached him he had seen him make a complete change; his eyes blazed in anger and he finally got to hear his voice. He watched him interact with Jackson, curious as to what was this person's true personality.

He didn't sense any fakeness from him but it also didn't make sense how abrupt the change was, and he also wanted to know why he had the nagging sensation they had met before.  He also wondered why it seemed he became uncomfortable every time their eyes met, did he know him somehow? Had he slept with his girlfriend or something? Or maybe he just hated him because of his looks, it wouldn't be the first time, people tended to judge him harshly because of how he dressed and frankly what he looked like.

A few seconds passed before he excused himself to the bathroom, as if by magnetism his legs brought him up the stairs, searching for  Hyungwon.  He finally found his way to the roof and as he stepped out onto it he noticed two things; one, it was cold as frick. Two, Hyungwon was resting against the balcony rail, his broad shoulders hunched as the balcony wasn't the right height for him to lean against comfortably.

He didn't know if he should announce himself, he decided against it though, taking those silent seconds Hyungwon was unaware of his presence to study him a bit closer. His head was resting with his face away from him so he could only see the back of his head.

His hair was a grayish blonde color, from the roots he could see he was a natural raven head.

He must look cute with black hair.

He watched as the white-clad shoulder rose with each breath. Hoseok felt an unexplainable peace take over him as he watched the unaware man., alas, he had questions and they weren't going to be answered like this.

"So, have we met before?"

He watched as the man's whole body jumped, reminding him of those videos of cats jumping away from cucumbers.  He almost almoooost laughed but he managed to keep his face straight and the male turned towards him.

Hoseok felt a flash of excitement go through his body, as the other's face was the closest it had ever been for him to study.

From this distance, he could see the long black lashes that framed a set of large brown eyes. His nose was so...cute? That was the only word he could think of to describe him, it would probably look weird on any other man but the roundness of his cheeks made it fit in seamlessly.

And those lips.... those lips were fascinating, to say the least.  He would have to stare at them longer to find the right way to describe them; that wasn't gonna happen though.  Said individual straightened up and took a slight step back, his eyes darted to the door as if calculating his odds of escaping.

Hoseok decided to back off a little, "I'm sorry, do I make you uncomfortable?" He watched the other's face to gauge his response.
