LATE OF THE NIGHT, AT UA'S CONFERENCE ROOM

The conference room in the UA is very spacious that could hold more than all the pro-heroes teachers of the school as well as half of the police forces. In the middle of that room is a big rectangular desk with space in the middle section which enough space for more than 25 people, and in those seats are packed with multiple pro-heroes teachers, and some policemen.

They are all waiting for the principal of the UA, Present Mic, detective Tsukauchi and a special guest to arrive so they could start the meeting. Just then, the door is opened and a squeaky sound of feet rings out as a toddler size mouse, bear, dog NO!! It's Nedzu the UA's principal who walks in and follows are the previously mentioned members.

"Sorry we are late, everyone!! Please take a seat!!"

The white mouse hero says as he jumps into the arms of the special guest as they both sit down at the seat next to the shirked All Might. When everyone is seated, the detective starts the meeting

"I did a thorough background check of the so-called 'Shigaraki' as well as the detail of his quirk into the database both in local and international but end up nothing. No birth certificate nor registration form or anything and the same could say to the black mist warp-gate guy too."

Tsukauchi says as he looks at the stack of papers he is holding as he continues

"It's most likely that are their code-names or they changed their name without informed us and for their quirk, it seems likely they have never handed in their quirk registration too."

At the far right corner, a pro-hero with a dark red wine cape with a brown cowboy's hat speaks up

"So, long story short, we got nothing on them! Then when the ringleader... Shigaraki was it? Heals from the gunshot, he would once again cause more incidents like this once and we could not even prevent it?! Right?"

With his animal-like hearing, Nedzu could pick up two mutterings, one on his side and the other is from the one holding him. Wanting to see what to showoff his soon to be apprentice, he addresses the special guest

Almost every single eyes in the room shifted to look at the lots younger and smaller body which is being addressed but Nedzu

"Midoriya Izuku?"

The green eyes and hair teen smiles shyly at the attention and begin to speak

"Well, first of all I don't think that the hand-man is the real ring leader-"
