Sadie's POV

It's been over a week since the boys came here and things have been... interesting. Living with them hasn't been as bad as we expected, but it could be going much better.

Bianca told us about her argument with Alec when she came back to her room that morning. Ever since it happened, they only spoke to each other when we talked about the mission. During our meetings, they were constantly glaring daggers at one another. And let me tell you, if looks could kill, both of them would already be six feet under.

Madison has tried to avoid the boys as much as possible. But when she couldn't, she used every opportunity she had to make a harsh comment or a bitter remark, which has been pissing the boys off a lot. Melanie was still shy around them, but she wasn't scared anymore and she sometimes talked to them. Actually, I'm quite proud of her. She's starting to gain more confidence in herself. Audrey spent her nights going to clubs and stuff like that, but when she was home, she made small talk with the guys and even cracked a couple jokes.

Josh has been trying to get to know us, but without much success. Hunter has been doing the same as Maddie; in this case, pissing us off. David and I had to spend some time together to work on the hacking part of the mission, and he was actually nice.

Now you may be wondering about Nathan and me. Well...

~Flashback~

I was in the kitchen making myself some coffee to battle the tiredness I felt when Nathan entered the room.

"Hey there, little genius," he greeted while taking some soda from the fridge.

"Little what?" I asked him while raising an eyebrow.

"Little genius. What? Can't I give you a nickname?" he teased.

"I'd prefer if you didn't thank you," I sighed turning my gaze back to the coffee maker as if that would make time pass faster.

"Ok then... little genius," he smirked, taking a sip of his drink. I slightly glared at him, ignoring the warm feeling in my chest, and then rolled my eyes, not in the mood to argue. I knew he was doing it on purpose.

"Whatever," I mumbled.

"So how is working with David going?" he asked me with curiosity and another feeling I couldn't decipher in his eyes.

"It's going quite good. And now you mention it, we are meeting in five to resume our work, so if you excuse me," I said as I poured some of the freshly brewed coffee in a cup.

"Oh, you're going back to work? Looks like I was right and you are no fun," he teased again.

"Well, to me hacking and coding is fun. And we have to do our job, remember? So sorry for being professional," I said.

"Oh, I finally get it! Maybe you're just too uptight. Yup, uptight, that's the word," he smirked.

"You little—," I started angrily, but cut myself off by taking a deep breath to remind myself to stay calm. He just laughed, and as much as I hate to admit it, his laugh is the most beautiful sound I've ever heard.

"Troppo facile," he whispered loud enough for me to hear while shaking his head. (Translation: Too easy)

"Someone give me patience, please," I muttered and left the kitchen while Nathan laughed harder than before.

~End of flashback~

That happened around five days ago. After that, he's been teasing me nonstop. I'm starting to think he actually enjoys it.
