Backstory: She was born in a human family that disowned her when they saw her appearance that only grew more strange. At birth she did look normal, just with strangly colored hair. At sixth monthes her eyes changed, and when she was a year old her ears grew long and she grew the green markings on her face around her eyes. That's when her parents disowned her. What they did was that they drove to another city and left her on the street before borrowing a phone from someone who lived there to call the police. As soon as the call was done, they left her. Logan had seen it all, and quickly snatched the girl before anything were to happen to her. However, knowing that he wouldn't be able to raise a kid at all, he took her to the institute. Despite it not being that infant accommodated, Charles refused to leave her. He made some special arrangements to get her a room, and many of his students were happy to help raise the girl despite her appearance. She stayed with Charles throughout her life, training and working hard. She knew people wouldn't accept her for who she was, but she refused to change her appearance. She was made like it, and the professor had taught her to love it. When Charles and Jean disappeared and everyone left, she still stayed with Hank in what little was left of the mansion, and joined in with Logan the second the X-Men were put back together.
Weakness: Loud sounds is damaging for her head and can make her ears bleed. If loud and long enough a sound able to make her brain explode (which is why she never uses the super sonic scream if the world doesn't depend on it, and only uses it for a couple of seconds). She also have lactose intolerance and peanut allergy
Other: she wears a special type of earbud to make the world more quiet and she won't have to hear everyone's thoughts all the time as she got loads of migrains from that in her youth. Wolverine also doesn't allow her to see Charles, because the one time he did he broke down because he had actually found her corpse in the future.
