Backstory: TW for bullying and eating disorders
Talia is the daughter of Wanda and Vision, created mostly by Wanda's magic. They saw her really as the biggest gift the universe could give them, as they didn't think that it'd be possible for them to have children.
Already as a newborn, had red hair and a yellow stone in her forehead, like her father. This wasn't an issue at first, and later she even learned how to stick makeup jewels to her forehead to make it look like it was part of her aestethic.
Sadly, it ended quickly once she reached middle school and high school. It was considerd weird, childish... it stood out to the rest, which made bullying inevtible. She tried to be civilized, since even though she knew how to pack a punch she didn't want to unless completely necessary.
As kids were cruel, they began to pick on other things on her appearence as well just because they could. First, it was the stones she arranged on her forehead. Then, it was about how ugly she dressed.  Then it was that she didn't dress bad, she was just too much skin and bones to look good. Being easily to manipulate, she dressed differently and began eating more, then she got that the clothes still looked horrible because now she had too big of a body. Then her face was weird, then she had weird parents, then her schoolbag was the wrong bag, slapped her lunch onto the floor, hid walnuts in her food and just watched when she was rushed to the nurse by teachers because she was unable to breathe... things escaleted so quickly that Talia wasn't able to keep up with defending herself.
At 15, Wanda and Vision had had enough, and pulled her out of school and decided to homeschool her instead, as she had had multiple eating disorders, including binge eating, anorexia and bulimia, she cried herself to sleep every night, and her teachers were getting concerned as she started skipping classes.
So, Clint was asked if he could come and help them with Talia's mental health, and the archer didn't hesitate to come and visit. He taught her to let her frustration and negative emotions out in training, and gave her the technique she needed in order to do so. Plus, thinking as a father, he not only enrolled her in therapy, he sat and talked with her every day. Listend when she needed to cry, joked when she felt happy...
When she finally turned 17, she had managed to turn her trauma into a strength, and she had greatly improved her fighting, especially fighting with her powers, and she felt ready to take down bad guys.

Weakness: Her trauma with bullies, still suffering from bulimia (though has been able to hide it from her parents), the yellow stone in her forehead is a sensitive spot for her, deathly allergy to walnuts (not by air, just consuming)

Other: Talia has made it very clear that she considers Clint to be her favorite uncle
