Backstory: Caroline was a middle child of a big household of 10 kids in Star City. 4 sisters, two younger two older, and five brothers, all except one older. Some middle children feel like they can sometimes be overlooked. Caroline was.
Her older siblings weren't interested in her, her younger siblings weren't interested, her parents didn't have time... she felt all alone at home.
At school, she did have a few friends, but she still felt so invincible, and just wanted to be seen and appriciated.
At first, she tried to become an overachiever. Teacher's pet, joined many clubs at school, and lost contact with her friends in order to study. Still, no matter how many exams she aced, no one in her family still made time for her, and now she was even more lonely without her friends. At that point, she decided to stop trying, since no one acknowledged it anyway. She started to become the classclown, she began coming late to her lessons, and found herself new friends that took her to parties that made her stumble home drunk at 3 AM. The attention and fun she had was okay, but she wanted more. She became downright rebellious, and finally her parents spared her some attention. All until it went too far. She and her new friends had decieded to trash the school and they broke the window of the principal's car, which made her parents kick her out. Young adult on 16 years, addicted to smoking and close to addicted on alcohole had to make it on her own.
After a year of basicly living on the streets and her friends' couches, she wanted to become bigger. So she and her friends broke into a chemical factory while being heavily drunk. She fell into a bath of chemicals, and almost instantly a light so bright shone from the bath, melting her friends away. At first, she was afraid and scared, sitting in one of her now deceased friend's apartment and thinking. Then, she began training with the power, and soon enough, she could controle it pretty well. Surely she could've been a great hero, if only she had wanted to be one. Creating an illusion over her face and hair, she gave herself the alias "Miss Mischeif", as she began treating Star City as her own, and pulled her path for it to be that way.

Weakness: crave for attention, strong emotions, smoke addiction, dog allergy, severe cat allergy

Other: She was once nearly caught when Flash came after her, but she managed to escape in the last second.
