Clouds

Quirk explained:
The user is able to generate and degenerate clouds. For others it's just normal clouds, but the user themself aren't able to go through them, which means they can get pushed away or end up on top of the clouds they generate. The same thing goes for natural clouds in the sky, but not for fog. They can control how thick or thin the clouds are, making them more or less see-through.
Generating clouds draws from water in the user's body, which makes drinking water important.

Quirk drawbacks:
- Overusing the quirk can cause severe dehydration that can cause headaches and migraines, and in more severe cases passing out.
- Sky-diving can become extremely dangerous, especially with someone else jumping with the user.
- If the user drinks too much water and doesn't use their quirk they risk getting water poisoning, which can lead to vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, discoloration, cramps and fatigue.

Special moves:
High Above - She creates a thick cloud around the enemy and gets above the cloud, before degenerating part of the cloud right above her enemy

- Most of her sassy personality is a facade for her insecurities. All her comebacks are just to hide how hurtful people can be and have been.
- Clingy - she's very clingy and touch-starved. Giver her a hug on your own risk, she may not ever let go.
- Water balancing - she's really bad at balancing how much water she need to consume for the day. It has not been too uncommon for her to either get a bad migraine during training or getting waterpoisoning from not training her quirk enough.
- Allergy to cats - her throat starts to scratch and her skin can get rashes if she touches a cat.
- Allergy to rabbits - her throat can start scratching and swelling up, and gets a severe rash if she touches one.
- Insecure about sexuality - While she's openly bisexual, she's very private about also being polyamorus in fear that others will judge her without her having anything to say in defence.

Backstory:
Takara grew up in a pretty average family with two older twin brothers, both becoming young heroes. Takara however didn't have a flashy quirk. She dreamt of becoming a hero, looking up a lot to All Might and his ability to smile through anything. When kids in her school began to pick on her because of her quirk, she learned to smile through it and retort with a sassy comeback. A lot of the kids disliked her for that, while others thought that her white eyes were creepy and avoided her for that, or at least used that as an excuse. Even when she felt lonely and left behind she kept smiling, trying to keep herself positive, joked around and kept herself sassy.
Her dreams of becoming a hero never faded, especially not in middle school when her brothers became real pro-heroes. She worked hard on improving her quirk to her advantage, and learned hand-to-hand combat training in order to make her dream a reality.
During the entrance exam, she did really well on the written one, while during the practical she just barely made the cut.

Other information:
- She got help designing her hero costume to not at all be limited by fabric, hence why some different parts are laced together.
- Her favorite food is yakiniku.
- She looks up to her older brothers a lot, and envies them a little for having flashier quirks than her. However, they helped training her.
