Backstory: When Wanda and Pietro were in HYDRA's hands, Pietro once snuck away and had a one night stand with a woman. When Strucker found out about it, they kidnapped the woman and forced to sign a contract to the public that she had agreed to stay there. The reason why they had kept her was because she was pregnant. The night before the Avengers attacked, she had gone into labor. When the attack was going on, she gave birth to Jenna. Though as soon as the little girl was out of her, the guards that helped her give birth shot her. However, the intruder alarm started shouting, the guards didn't have time to tend to Jenna, even though every one else had evacuated. Eventually, Thor had found the small girl while rummaging through the base, and brought her back with them.
When the whole Ultron drama was over, Wanda wasn't able to even look at Jenna because she looked much like Pietro. With that factor, plus that the compound wasn't an ideal playground, Tony managed to convince Clint to take Jenna with him home, where he raised her as his own. She was trained as well of course, and the archer and young speedster got along great.
At around 16, Steve began picking up Jenna here and there for missions, which only increased the older she got. At 17 she moved to the compound to be able to go on missions whenever they popped up.

Weakness: her high metabolism can be a big problem because she needs to eat at least 5000 calories a day to remain healthy, and sicknesses are increased. For example, if she caught the flu it would end earlier, but she would get much sicker during that period

Other: Clint told her about her real father and his death, but yet she still sees him as her father.
