Quirk: Electrification - Electrification gives the user the ability to charge in electricity and emit it out of their body as a sort of protective aura that electrocutes anyone through contact. Works better in close combat rather than long-range.
Quirk drawside: Exceeding the wattage limit causes her brain to short-circuit, leaving her in a vulnerable state for 1 hour.

Weaknesses: Weak to peer pressure, some seperation issues with Denki, anxiety during tests, autophobia (fear of isolation), monatophobia (fear of dying alone), deathly allergic to grapes
Backstory: Rai is the twin sister of Denki Kaminari, being the second one out. The two were extremely close as they were the same age and later found out they had the same quirk, coincidentally by zapping each other by mistake in daycare. The two were always together, as if they were one. Always the same class, they went to the same after school activities, they were rarely apart. As they grew however, Rai turned out to be the more rational one, even earning some favoritism from their parents because she was the one who took the initiative to study and train, hence earning herself some good grades. They had always been close up to that point, and while they still were their relationship did take a hit from her hardwork and their parents seeing her shine. That however didn't stop the two to apply to UA together. On the entrance exam, they worked wonderfully together, with Rai being able to quickly analyzing the situation. With their teamwork, they managed to get a spot in UA together, even in the same class.
Other: Her limit with the quirk isn't as high as Denki's, and while she is fairley good in combat she works better in theoretical combat rather than practical. However during the finals she passed both because of the stratigizing she and her team mate did. When they moved into dorms on UA, Rai often snuck to Denki's room because she had problems sleeping alone, which ended up with him keeping an extra matress underneath his bed. While it happened more rarely that Denki came to her room, she too kept a matress under her bed just in case. Despite her studying quite well she gets a lot of anxiety when it comes to theoretical tests which causes her quirk to react, which Aizawa solved by giving her empty batteries that she could hold in her mouth and direct the electricity into, so while she still had some anxiety she at least didn't zap her classmates.
