Occupation: Barista
Backstory: Claris is one year younger than Wally, and was born after her mother Francine slept with another man when she was really low on money. However, after she had slept with multiple men she didn't know who the father was, nor could she spare the money to find out, so she just kept going and taught her children to not ask about their fathers. When Francine became ill, Wally streetraced while Claris had moved to Central City (before the explosion, which is how she gained her powers just a little while after she had stayed there) and was working at CC Jitters as a barista. Half her money went to her mother's treatments, the rest to cover her rent and the little rest that she could afford. Rent was pretty low because it was a sunky apartment with multiple room mates. When Francine then finally came forward to meet Joe and Iris before her time was up, Iris did her research and found both Wally and Claris. While Wally was harder to approach, especially for Joe, Claris was easier. Though it didn't take long for anyone to figure out that she wasn't Joe's child, which made him give her the cold shoulder because he didn't know how to handle it. Iris, even though she was only a half sister she had just met, tried to make a connection to her, which she greatly appriciated. Joe eventually came around after Francine's death, but she moved to Starling City to start a new life. She took a job for Thea Queen as a bartender in the club. Though one day on her way home, a man came in an alley and tried to kiss her. Just as Oliver was going to jump in as he walked past that alley he caught her using her powers to make the man feel like he was choking, before letting him go to run as she saw Oliver. Later just that week the The Green Arrow came to ask her assistans, and offerd her training. Eventually, after not quitting and with him finding out who she was, she gained their trust enough to be able to join their team.
