Chapter 32

"Thank you," Astreille said while smiling sweetly when Xord opened the door for her.

Nakangiting inalalayan siya ng lalaki pababa sa kotse bago siya halikan sa noo. "No problem, baby. Come on, let's buy some stuffs for those ass holes."

"You really don't need to do this. Marami pa namang stock sa bahay kaya ayos lang," pigil sa kaniya ng dalaga.

"They need to feed the dragons inside their stomachs also, so basically, we need a lot of food for those men," nakangising sagot ng lalaki.

Astreille just let Xord held her hand before accompanying her inside the store. Pinagbuksan sila ng guard nang makarating sila roon, Astreille immediately bowed her head to the guard to say thank you.

Nakangiting yumuko rin naman ito sa kaniya.

She focused on Xord again when he encircle his arm around her tiny waist. Hinayaan na lang niya ang lalaki na alalayan siya papunta kung saan.

Xord pulled a big cart on the side before walking towards her direction again. Sumunod na lamang ang dalaga sa lalaki nang hawakan muli siya nito sa kamay para maglibot sa buong grocery.

She's amazed of how Xord can balance the big cart using one hand.

"Where to, baby?"

"Sa meat section muna tayo since nandito na tayo, para hindi sila masyadong maghintay sa atin," Astreille said before walking towards the meat section.

Tinuon ng dalaga ang atensyon niya sa pagpili ng mura at magandang quality ng manok at ng karne ng baka. But she noticed how Xord kept on kissing her free hand like she's a gem.

Gusto niyang ipagluto ang mga ito, that's the least thing she can do for them since they're treating her so well. Maingat siyang pumili ng mga pagkain para sa mga lalaki.

She's planning to cook roasted chicken, sinigang na baka, kare-kare and menudo for them. Alam niyang mayayaman ang limang lalaki na 'to, ginto nga siguro ang kinakain nila.

Astreille wanted to see their reactions when they got the chance to taste Filipino foods.

Nang matapos sa pamimili, Xord guided her to the counter. Nagulat pa ang dalaga nang dalhin siya ng lalaki sa VIP area kung saan sila lang ang naroon.

Astreille just watched how the lady packed the stuffs they bought. When they're done, she was about to carry the plastic bag but Xord did it for her.

"Thank you ma'am and sir."

Dire-diretsyo lang ang lalaki palabas na ikinagulat ni Astreille. Hindi man lang nagbayad!

"W-Wait, I'll pay for it--"

"No need ma'am, he's the owner of this store po. Including the mall on the other road po," saad ng babae habang nakangiti.

Astreille gasped in surprise with that. Kaya pala dire-diretsyo lang ito.

Magalang siyang yumuko sa babae bago patakbong sinundan ang boss niya sa labas. She saw him putting the plastic bags inside the back seat of the car.

Dumiretsyo siya sa tabi ng binata na katatapos lang sa ginagawa. He flashed a smile when he saw her. "Hey, what took you so long?"

"H-Ha? E kasi, nabigla ako noong umalis ka na lang tapos dire-diretsyo ka pa. Akala ko naman hindi ka magbabayad," pagkukwento ng dalaga.

Xord chuckled mischievously. "I own this store, baby."

"Sabi nga ng babae. Nagulat lang ako." She laughed awkwardly. "T-Tara na? Baka naghihintay na sila roon."

Xord nodded his head. "You bought so many meat, tell me, are you planning to cook for them?"

"Para sa inyo, oo. Kasali ka syempre," she immediately answered.

Umangat ang sulok ng mga labi ng kaharap. "Thank you for that, but you don't have to do this. You can rest inside your room after we got there," saad ng lalaki.

"Hindi n'yo alam kung saan 'yung mga kwarto roon," she teased him.

Laking gulat niya nang biglang ngumisi ang lalaki. Napaatras pa siya nang ilapit nito ang mukha sa kaniya.

"Baby, I went there before, right? You even told me that you're a good girl even if I'm not doing anything to you that night. Remember how scared you are back then?" pang-aasar nito.

Namula ang mga pisngi ng dalaga. "H-Hindi. Wala akong n-naaalala."

"I doubt that. You hacked my website through my stories, right?" dagdag pa nito.

"That was a-accidental," she answered.

"Why would I consider it as an accident, Astreille? You read my poems carefully," he added.

Astreille bit her lower lip. "Because y-your stories are too g-good. I was carried away by your masterpieces."

A sweet smile appeared on his lips. "Thank you for the compliment, Astreille. I'm actually glad that it was you who found out about my secret website."

"P-Plano mo ba talaga 'yon? Kung wala siguro akong utang sa 'yo, baka pinatapon mo na ako sa sapa," Astreille uttered.

Dumaan ang kakaibang emosyon sa mga mata ng lalaki. "I'm actually planning to elimate those people who can hack through my website. But I have many alternate plans, Astreille, especially when I found out that it was you. I used my other plan to serve as a punishment."

Kumunot ang noo ng dalaga. "P-Plan? Ha? A-Anong punishment? You're t-trying to kill me?"

"Never in my mind that I'll plan about killing you, Astreille."

"Then what plan are you t-talking about? Ipapa-torture mo ba ako? B-Bakit? I told you, I'm not a b-bad girl," she said with her teary eyes.

Xord flashed a wicked and an evil smirk. "Torture is my first plan. But I used my second plan for you. So basically, I'm planning something to you."

"W-What is it?" kinakabahang tanong ng dalaga.

"I'm planning... to make you mine."

She almost lose her breathe because of that answer. Gladly that she quickly held Xord's arm before she even fell.

"K-Kinabahan ako. B-Bakit ka ba nagbibiro ng ganiyan?" mahinhin na tanong ng dalaga habang dala dala pa rin ang mabilis na pagtibok ng puso.

She saw how disappointment took over Xord's eyes.

"For pete's sake, Astreille. Why are you so slow with these kind of things?"
