W—Why did I not think he'd be here?

Shit!

Hindi ko na mapigilang sunod-sunod na mapamura dahil sa katangahang ginawa ko ngayon. Bakit nga ba 'di ko naisip na maaaring narito siya?

Ngayon lang bumalik sa isip ko ang paalala ni manang Linda sa akin noon na palaging naririto si Greyson sa tuwing dadalaw ito sa mansion.

Mariin kong naipikit ang aking mata habang pina pakiramdam ng maigi ang paligid. I don't know if he's already aware that someone else has entered his supposed 'secret room' or he's just deep asleep to even notice me?

I don't think so, he's the alpha so he wouldn't be that senseless to not notice me here, standing a few meters away from him. Naiinis na iniling ko ang aking ulo dahil parang ako na mismo naglapit sa sarili kong kapahamakan.

I was about to run away from there as fast as I could when another loud thunder along with lightning struck outside the mansion. I almost let out a small squeak out of fear that it might hit the mansion any minute from now.

Napaluhod na lamang ako sa sahig at tinakpan ang aking tenga.

And for some reason, I can start to feel my heart starting to palpitate, my beats start to get too fast that it becomes hard for me to breathe.

Nabalot ng kunot ang aking noo habang marahang hinahaplos ang aking palad sa tapat ng aking dibdib.

This is strange, what I'm feeling right now is not something I've always felt. This is the first time I've palpitated for no reason at all. I'm sure that it's not because of the raging thunder outside as well. Even if I'm almost getting caught here by greyson, I can assure myself that it's not the reason for my fast heartbeats right now.

Nanatili akong nakaluhod sa sahig habang patuloy na pinapakiramdaman ang mabilis at mabibigat na tibok ng aking puso. Somehow this fast beat of my heart is slowly making my headache. I closed my eyes tightly as I grasped my chest.

Ano ba talagang nangyayari sakin? I kept on thinking what might be the reason for this strange fear inside me when I realized something.

I'm here. Greyson is here as well. We're a few meters away from each other therefore our connection as mates is more prominent. Could it be that the reason I'm feeling this is because of Greyson?

Then that's when I notice something strange with how he lies up in bed. I stood up from the ground and started walking my way towards him, no hesitations or fear of getting caught. For some reason all I could feel at the time was my heart that was beating so fast.

Alam ko na may kakaibang nangyayari ngayon kay Greyson, he's my mate after all. Kaya ganito ang nararamdaman ko ngayon. Now, I can testify that we are really connected with each other.
