Two days passed, I still haven't learned any single thing about them. All we did was rest, eat and walk. Sukuna was grumpy and Uraume is secretive but Uraume was caring, they give me an herb to treat my scratched wound. Except that Uraume can use cursed techniques and Sukuna as well.

Uraume mentioned that there are multiple hot springs nearby, that's a good thing at least. I don't want to be smelly on our long walk, maybe there's a nearby village for me to buy a spare kimono.

Thinking about sukuna declining makes me want feed him some dirt and choke him with grasses and throw him in the den of goats. Letting out a laughter of the thought, sukuna glared at me and I flinched "Can he read my mind?" I wondered.

Well if he can at least he knows.

"Uraume can I at least look around maybe there's a nearby village that I could buy a spare kimono." I asked and Uraume nod. Sukuna already left, probably he is enjoying the heat of hot spring.

I spend some time looking around nearby and found a small village. Once I entered the gates I was shocked by what I discovered. People were wearing ragged clothes, some items were chipped and defective. People were eating a piece of bread and some were trying to steal some leftovers from one another.

As soon as I entered, people's eyes went in my direction. Maybe they are not used to seeing a visitor at this village.

I decided to look around, and finally, I found a shop that sells a woman's kimono. As soon as I approached some kids went into my front and ask for something to eat, I felt pity. So I decided to give them my leftover berries and I gave them the pouch of it "You could share it for each other." I smiled warmly and they happily nod and ran towards their father and happily offer them.

I could handle being hungry for a day!

I went into the shop and found an old woman sitting in a chair "Oh my! It's been a long time since I'm having a customer, god must have heard my prayers!" The old woman smiled and bowed to a small statue on her altar.

"My, what a beautiful lady you are! Are you looking for a kimono?" I nodded and she guided me where all the kimonos were placed.

I picked the simple light blue kimono, I frowned and realized I don't have enough silvers to pay for the kimono.

I raised my wrist, and took off the jaded charm bracelet I wore. The jaded charm bracelet was a gift from a family head from one of the three prestigious clan who is once my mentor, it was considered a cursed object. It hids the presence of the user and protect it from cursed spirits. I used the jaded charm bracelet as my payment. The old woman was surprised at the accessory, "My, I can't accept such accessories. It might be important to you." The old woman frowned

"Granny this jaded charm bracelet is worth enough to buy again some fine silks and make some new kimonos. Please consider this as my payment. " I insisted, at first she hesitate accepting such object and shortly consider it.

"Tell me Granny, what happened to this place ? Why there is no mayor to handle these awful situations that happened to your village?" I asked, "The Mayor was in huge debt to a rich family and ran away with our money in it and move to this another town and spend our money there." The old woman sighed. "Since then, this place was under in a debt to a rich family." The old woman added.

"So which family did you mean?" I questioned "Yamada family." The woman gave a wrinkly look.

I heard that family before, they are famous for producing fine charcoal and still well-known for producing good other businesses.

"We can't pay them properly, we can't even buy some seedlings from another town to plant some crops and sell it so that we can earn some money to pay the debt." She added

"Oh, I see... I'm sure there'll be a miracle that would happen to this village, who knows the moment you walked in more customers will buy your kimonos." I said.

"May god give you blessing." She smiled. Soon after, I hurriedly went back.

"That took long." I looked back and it was Uraume who was holding a few pouch of berries.

"I was looking around, what about your Master. Is he done?" I asked and he shakes his head "It'll take long for him to finish. " Uraume answered. Uraume continue to left off to collect some more berries in the forest, I sighed and went to the hot springs.

What would happen if I went on the same hot spring as him? I raised both of my hands to slapped my cheeks. That would be impossible, Uraume mentioned that there are multiple hot springs in this area. What could go wrong?

I laughed confidently, I went to the higher ground with a small hot spring in it. Before I could strip off, I flinched of the figure I saw on the steam's fog.

It's him!

"Out off all hot springs you chose this? Are you kidding me?" I groaned.

"Do you want to join bathing with me brat?" He smirked smugly "That's it, I'm leaving." I turned back my steps and walked out and before I do he laugh with amusement.

"What's stopping you? Did you change your mind?" He asked. "Don't ever come near me, or else I'll-"

"Or else you'll what?" He smirked and I wanted to scream internally. His attitude is so frustrating that I just want to wipe a mud on his face and dipped it on the muddy pool of worms.

Everything around us was covered with thick steam of hot spring as soon he stood up his body was cover with it and sighed of relief that I did not see anything unholy.

"Just don't ever come near me!" I whined and left.

As soon as she hurriedly left I shrugged 'what a strange woman' I thought, I sit back and enjoy the hot water. "This is relaxing." I flick my fingers and increased the heat of hot spring.

Minutes later, Uraume arrived and brought me a basket of berries and a bottle of sake

"Where did you get this Sake?" I asked while examining the bottle.

"I found it along the way while foraging some foods Master Sukuna." Uraume replied while looking down.

"This better be good, you can leave now." I opened the cap and drink the sake, I paused for a while and look again at the bottle.

It tastes good...
