Monica's POV

Konting konti nalang babatukan ko na 'tong si Aubrey. Hindi na makatulog sa sobrang excitement porke na absorb nya yung crystal. I'm not jealous okay?... Maybe just a little.

"Aubreeeey, let me sleep please!" I shouted in annoyance. It's freaking 1 o'clock in the morning, may training pa mamayang 5 am!

"Ang KJ mo" she pouted.

"Hoy Aubrey, anong oras na. Napaka hyper mo"

"Bes, di kasi ako makatulog. I felt so full and energetic!"

This girl! This is the effect of absorbing the crystal!

"Tatlong araw pa ang effect ng crystal. Para kang naka drugs. Mag training ka nalang at wag kang babalik dito sa dorm ng high okay? Get out! Bumalik ka dito kapag normal kana" Hindi ko na sya hinintay na sumagot at hinila sya palabas ng kwarto. Maybe because i'm stronger than her, kaya wala na syang nagawa.

I jump in my bed and tried to sleep.

Damn Aubrey! I can't sleep anymooooore.

Medyo magulo ang isip ko ngayon, sinabayan pa ni Aubrey. My brain is like a machine that is over heating because of information overload. Core, crystals and ability users~ what's happening to the world? Nag sisimula na akong tanggapin ang lahat. Pero heto na naman, parang walang katapusan.

I stood up and decided to drink coffee. Tutal hindi na ako makatulog, mag te-training nalang ako.

Sigh. Is it just me? When these people gets excited over those ability users, I'm here over thinking and upset. Sobrang magulo na ang mundo dahil sa virus at zombies, ngayon naman dumagdag pa ang mga ability users. Although i'm curious about having super natural abilites, i feel very... afraid.

And Alex. She's hiding something.

"Have you awakened an ability Alex?"

"Yes, but it's just a physical ability. My strength and speed is double or triple than ordinary people" She answered nonchalantly.

"That's surprising. I would've thought you have something more special. But that's also amazing! We have two ability users in our group!" Aimie answered excitedly.

"Yes hahaha"

Maegan, Lyka and I looked at Alex. Hindi namin maiwasang mapakunot ng noo. Wala namang masama kung Physical enhancement lang ang awakened ability ni Alex, it's better than not having one. Hindi ko masasabing kilalang kilala ko na si Alex, but i feel something odd. Her carefree and indifferent attitude to her awakened ability is not normal.

Alex is superior to us. From the start, she's the leader we look up to. Her confidence and pride is engrave in her bones. How can such perfect and superior person be okay with just having physical ability?! Even I can't take that. If i were her, i will feel depress and upset. It's either she's telling the truth about her abilities and making us believe that she's okay with it or... She's lying about her awakened ability ~ but why? If she's lying and can't let us know, it's okay. Maybe she has her own reason.

Lumabas na ako ng kwarto para mag training. Wala ring mangyayari kung mag o-overthink ako.

"Besssss! I knew it, Hindi mo ako matitiis!"

"Shut it. Let's run"

"Ayokooo. I'm a medic why do i have to train?" Reklamo nya with matching padyak. What a child. Mabuti pa si Billy hindi kasing reklamo nito.
