Y/N'S POV

Thursday, October 21

Ginny and I were hanging out in my dorm. We were doing our homework and studying.

"It's almost 11pm maybe you should go back to your dorm."

"Oh come on, it's the weekend! We could do something fun."

"Like what?"

"Do you want to..."

"Yes?"

"Sneak out with me?"

"Wait what?"

"Yeah like go and explore the castle at night!"

"You're crazy! What if Filch's catches us?"

"He won't."

"How would you know?"

"We just have to be careful that's all! Plus, I'm a true ninja."

"Let me think about it."

She nodded, we went back to our books.

"Okay." I said with a cornered smile.

"Yes! You're the best!" She said while giving me a hug.

It was 11:30pm, we discretely got out of my dorm, then exited the common room. We started running through the halls and it was really fun. We decided to go to the astronomy tower. We sat in the stairs and started chatting.

"So... How's it going with Cedric?" She asked.

"Pretty good, I mean I still don't know if he likes me."

"I'm sure he does, I'm almost certain he's going to do a move."

"You think?"

"Absolutely."

"And you... Who's your secret crush?"

"There's a reason why it's secret." She said with a smile.

"Well I won't tell anyone! I promise!"

"No! I'm not going to tell you." She said a little bit louder.

"Pleaseeeee!" I said, forcing myself to make a cute baby face.

"No!" She said laughing.

We heard a noise coming from the hallway. We looked at each other and stopped talking.

"What should we do?" I whispered.

"I don't know..." She answered.

"Let's hide."

We got up and hid behind the stairs, trying to see who was there. About ten minutes later, we decided to get out of our spot.

"I think we're good." She said.

"Yeah."

"Maybe we should head back." I said.

"You're right."

"Want to have a sleepover?" I asked.

"Sure."

We came back to the Hufflepuff common room, safely. We didn't get caught! We turned our face as someone started talking.

"Hey Y/N! Ginny?" Cedric said.

"Hey Cedric!"

"What were you two doing out after curfew?" He said laughing a little.

"Having some fun!" Ginny said.

"Yeah she's staying here for the night." I added with a small smile.

"Perfect! I made too much popcorn, we can all share." He said while pointing a bowl on the table.

"How sweet of you! Were you waiting for
Y/N?" Ginny asked with a smirk.

"Maybe I was." He said passing his hand in his hair while looking at the floor.

"Well do you guys want to watch a movie or something?"

"Sure!"

We sat down on the couch and Ginny went in my dorm to get some blankets to make the night cozier.

About ten minutes in, I felt Cedric's hand close to my thigh. Then, he closed the gap between our hands. I cracked a smile, I felt him watching me, satisfied of our first intimate contact.

Although we were under a blanket, I think Ginny saw.

"I'm reallyyyyy tired... I think I'm going to go to bed, you'll come later Y/N. Goodnight you two." She said while getting up and taking one of the blankets with her.

Cedric and I finished the movie. He was half asleep, trying to keep his eyes open.

"You want to go to sleep?" I whispered.

"Only if you're going." He said, yawning.

"Well I think you're tired, maybe we should go to bed."

"If you say so, but I wish I could spend more time with you."

"Me too, but there's still the whole day tomorrow to hangout."

"You're right. So clever Y/N."

"I know right!" I said with a little laugh.

"Hey... Are you coming to my next Quidditch match? We're against Slytherin."

"Of course I'll come see you knock Malfoy off his broom!"

He laughed.

"I wish!"

"Then do it!"

"Eh he's not worth it."

"How mature of you Mr. Diggory."

"It's in me, what can I say!"

"We should go to sleep Ced."

"You're right..." He said getting up.

He helped me fold the blankets.

"Well goodnight, see you tomorrow Y/N."

"See you." I said before heading back to my dorm.

When I came back, Ginny wasn't sleeping at all! She was reading a book, looking wide awake.

"Weren't you like really tired?"

"No, I just wanted to give you guys some space." She said with a smirk.

"You're too kind."

"Well now, go on tell me! Did you guys kiss?"

"No we didn't." I said with a tiny laugh.

"Why?"

"It just didn't happen I guess."

"You guys are slow." She looked at me with a disappointed face.

"Well, go kiss your crush then!"

"Trust me, if I was sure that they like me back I would!"

"Anyway! Move."

She made me a spot in the bed and I laid next to her.

"Who do you think was stalking us at the astronomy tower?" She asked.

"Maybe Filch?"

"No, he would have catched us and reported us to Professor Mcgonagall or worst... Snape."

"Well I guess it's a student then. Someone who wasn't supposed to be out of bed too."

"It scared me."

"Me too."
