Chapter 3: Vanessa Smith

Daniels POV:

"Daniel when is she getting here?" Cole asked impatiently

"Why are you so excited to meet her anyways?" Tyler asked curiously

"I mean Daniel never shuts up about her so I want to see why" Cole replied

I looked over at Tyler and I could tell he wasn't convinced and neither was I.

"Please be nice to her and no flirting either" I begged looking straight at Alex

"We are the nicest person you will ever meet and I can't promise anything" Alex said

"If that came from Cole I was actually going to believe it but coming from you, Aleksandr is really difficult to believe" I replied honestly

"What's that supposed to mean?" Alex asked with interrogative eyes

"Come on Alex, no offence but you are literally the meanest and coldest person I have ever met" Mason said laughing and the other boys joined as well

"That true man, you are honestly mean to everyone. even to us" Michael said

"Again no flirting and if I were you I wouldn't want to get on her bad side either. she can meaner than Alex and its scary so be nice" I reminded them

Vanessa can be mean as fuck, sweet as candy, cold as ice, evil as hell and loyal as a soldier it all just depend on you.

I was sitting with the boys at our usual table at the cafeteria when I heard my phone ringing and Vanessas name came up.

I picked up the phone.

"What's up V, where you at?" I asked.

"I just got to school; can you show me where the secretary is?" she asked.

"I'm on my way, wait for me at the front entrance" I said the turned of the phone not waiting for her to answer

"She's here, do you guys want to come?" I asked the boys while getting up

"Where to?" Michael asked

"She is waiting at the front entrance" I replied

"It's going to take a while to find her" Mason confessed

"Trust me it wont"

"How to you know, this hall ways are literally crowded, we wont find her easily" Tyler said

"She wont move, she is stubborn as fuck" I replied "So are you guys coming or not?"

"Yeah sure, but I have to get to class" Mason said

"Yeah me too" Michael said

"Yeah, I guess we will walk with you to the front entrance and then make our ways to class. we can meet her later. If we are later for his class again its detention for us" Alex said

Michael, Mason and Cole agreed with Alex, but Tyler was in his own little world

"Earth to Tyler!!" I said waiving my hand in front of his face

"Ohh sorry, I wasn't listening" he confessed

"Tessa?" I asked

"Yeah, I'm just worried" Tyler replied getting up

"She will be fine" Cole added

Tyler has been very distance lately and I honestly don't blame him. he's going through a lot and its difficult. We try to be here for him as much as possible.

I open the cafeteria door with the boys following closely behind me. As we walked down the hallways everyone moved a side as usual. Making it a bit easier to find V, because I know she will not move no matter who is coming her way. I know Vanessa she shows no fear and shes very stubborn.

After looking around for a while I finally saw her, Vanessa Smith, my childhood best friend who I havent seen in two years. She was wearing black jeans, a white top and her leather jacket. Not going to lie she looked like a bad ass. She had her curly brown hair in a messy bun and her light brown skin shines as sunlight reaches it. Her earthy beautiful light brown eyes light up her face like magical light bulbs.

When Vanessa finally saw me, she ran towards me with her arms wide open and a huge smile on her face. I open my arms ready to catch her and give her the biggest hug ever. When she finally got to me, I wrapped my arms around her tiny waist and picked her up.

Damn she is so light.

Light as a feather

When I finally put her down all I could say was

"V I missed you so so so much" I said.

Daniel shut up you sound so stupid I thought to myself.

And before she could say anything else the school bell interrupted her

"V did you get you schedule yet?" I suddenly asked.

"No not yet" she answered.

"Come on lets go get it then" I nodded I looked behind us and non of the boys were to be found

She smiled and off to the secretary we went, not waiting for any of the boys to join
