Her outfit
She grabbed her wand and walked down to the common room, to see Lily and James waiting for her with Sirius the two boys were neatly dressed in dress robes, and Lily wore a beautiful pink dress. Her smile grew as she descended the stairs, Sirius stood up when he saw her, his eyes filled with joy.
"You look um amazing" he smiled as he held out his hand,
"you don't look too bad yourself" Clara grinned taking his hand,
"shall we?" Sirius smirked,
"we shall!" Clara laughed, and Lily and James followed them hand in hand.
They headed to where the party was being held, "think they'll have firewhiskey?" Sirius asked Clara,
"I do think so" she laughed,
"if there is firewhiskey" Lily began, "the three of you get only one glass"
"what!" Clara argued,
"Clara we can't have you being drunk!" James laughed, "especially not with Sirius!"
"Hey!" Sirius scoffed then laughed,
"all right, all right. Stand down!" Clara joked.
They reached Slughorns party, and were greeted by him. "It's fancy in here!" Clara looked around, "oh gosh! I'm underdressed, everyone's so dollied up!" She fussed,
"you look perfectly dressed!" Lily assured her listening to her fusses,
"oh thank you Lils! You're so sweet!" Clara smiled.
Clara started talking and laughing with other people, "oh Lucius, you're here!" She laughed when she saw him,
"hi Clara" he smiled,
"are Regulus and Severus here too?" She asked,
"nah, they didn't want to come" Lucius answered,
"oh that's....odd" Clara laughed nervously,
"I'm going to get a drink, want one?" Lucius offered before walking off to one of the waiters,
"no, thanks" she smiled and went to find Sirius, once he left.
"Sirius!" Clara found him standing behind one of the curtains, eating off a tray.
"Oh hello!" He jumped slightly,
"what are you, what are you doing here?" Clara laughed,
"hanging around" Sirius replied,
"do you want to 'hang around' out there" she pointed to where there were other people.
